was shocked at how low they came in when they appraised my condo, 50k less than fair market value. Will never recommend them and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Sarah and Dave M have come thru with tight timelines in getting appraisals done on a RUSH request. Sarah in the office always is so quick to help and get things done. She is always friendly and polite over the phone. Dave M is my favorite appraiser. He is very personal with my clients. My clients tend to call me and thank me for sending someone so great to their homes. They are happier knowing they have someone who cares about their home just as much as they do. I highly recommend their service to family and friends.

Bad attitude of the staff. They use the words GET OUT OF HERE IF YOU DISAGREE.Very bad experience will not recommend. One of the employee name is GUY bad tempered. I requested appraisal and asked him a question because his comparisons and evaluation was far from the reality. He lost his temper and said TAKE THIS REPORT AND GET OUT OF HERE.What a professionalism?

There appraisal are way off. I would not recommend them to anyone. Like 200k off from my last appraisal 2yrs ago.
