The gentleman working the cash was awesome and friendly. Had sons help as well looking at the beads and silhouette supplies. I find the galway store to be an easier layout to find things but that is beyond the staffs ability to control.

The employee who assisted me (so sorry I didn't get her name) was absolutely fabulous. She offered alternatives for a craft I was working on, helped me find the product then ended up being my cashier (name not on receipt). She helped me get the best discount. She has ensured a return, happy customer!

I love Michaels, they have such a great selection of items for craft/art projects, home decor, and my favourite... Yarn!I find that some items tend to be more pricey when compared to other places (yarn excluded!), But it's great that they often have a coupon for 30%-40% off a regular priced item. I'm not a huge fan of this Michaels as I find they often don't have as much in stock compared to the other one in Galway. That one has a much nicer vibe too!
