My dad and I took the Tune Up workshop with Brian and it was incredibly informative and well done. An awesome idea for anyone wanting to learn the basics to keep their bike in running order and get a a tune up at the same time.

I don't know this guy, took a bike there once for a bunch of things to get fixed. He's very thorough, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I'd deffinately recommend him. He had my bike done the same day I took it in. Great bike mechanic, close to Wetaskiwin.

A couple of years ago I bought two very expensive bikes from this guy. They sounded off right from the start. This spring I took four bikes (including the two I previously bought there) into the store to be tuned up and repaired. We have had NOTHING but problems with all four bikes. One break doesn’t work, one derailer fell off, tires not repaired. The one bike that had nothing wrong with it now has problems. We have barely used the bikes, and when we want to, they break.I will not be bringing my business here again. I like to support local, but I drive out of my way to go here and it is not good service.

Friendly and helpful.when you walk in the door. Prices were very competitive. I will definitely be going back for my bicycling needs.

It speaks volumes of their commitment to customer satisfaction, which is a rare commodity these days.As for the products themselves, the two electric bikes that I purchased exceeded my expectations. From my experience, electric bikes are the way of the future, and it's wonderful to see a local shop embracing emerging technology. Electric bikes are an excellent way to get around town as they're fuel-efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly. The fact that you can also pedal them like traditional bikes is a bonus, making them suitable for riders of all levels.Regarding the quality of the bikes, it's reassuring to know that Brian and his team stand behind their products. Knowing that you can count on them to provide any necessary repairs or replacements is an immense relief as it provides peace of mind. It's not uncommon for shops to sell products and then abandon their customers when they experience issues or require maintenance. However, it seems that you won't have that problem at our local circuit cycle and sports shop.The salesmanship at the shop is also noteworthy. Picked up an electric bike after its repair today and encountered amazing service and friendliness. I was escorted to my vehicle and greatly assisted with fitting this bike safely inside. I will be returning here shortly to have my mountain bike serviced and tuned up for safety before hitting the trails this spring. Excellence in service will bring me back every time!

Brought my old bike here to get repaired. Super customer service! Brian walked me through everything that needed to happen to get the bike back in ridable condition, then helped me understand the things I needed to do to keep the bike maintained. He met my budget expectations and made sure I was happy with my new road warrior! I live in DT YEG but the ride to Millet was well worth the savings. He's now my go-to bike guy!
