Marina and Rhys went above and beyond my expectations. I manage Filming locations and have very high standards to ensure we return each Location better than we found it. The team here at Eco Smart did that at every turn. No matter if it was multi-million dollar mansions, shacks, dilapidated warehouses, waxing floors, power washing stained driveways, or just taking the time to chat with a homeowner, i was blown away at every interaction. The Eco Smart team did a rental move-out clean for us and I was really impressed. The 2 people who showed up (right on time) were professional, respectful and courteous. They asked the right questions, made some suggestions, and took all the COVID precautions. The end product - a sparkling suite that was ready for my new tenants. Our previous tenants had 2 dogs - our new tenant is allergic to dogs - Eco Smart did such a great job that we've had no complaints or issues from our new tenant. They delivered a great product - what was promised, on time with smiles on their mask covered faces - and they brought all their cleaning tools and supplies with them. We will 100% use them next time we need a move-out clean. Oh, and their prices - super competitive!

I am blown away by the honesty and integrity of Austin at Eco Smart. I'm writing more from a character reference point of view rather than a business review as I had the pleasure of meeting this young man earlier today as he returned my wallet that he found, money still inside. He was well spoken, kind, and would not accept a small cash token of appreciation but rather asked me to pay it forward.
