We were hosted by SIS on a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas. I have been lucky to attend many coroprate hosted travel events throught my career. This one was by far the best! Strategic Incentive Solutions
Having been involved with hundreds of events over the last 20 years, this company starts like a house on fire doing a great job, but then as you go later in your contract, you get lost and forgotten. Contacts to management about performance issues get whitewashed and unresolved. In our case they were more loyal to the hotels and providers they frequent than to us, which makes me wonder about the incentives they may be getting from the other side. We went direct for 2021, and are upgrading the venues, at about 50% of the cost we incurred in 2020 with SIS, not including their fees.
