Initially when I booked Grace, it was only for day of services. Due to covid, my wedding plans changed, which means our package needed to change as well. Grace easily made the transition with no issue. We worked on this wedding for close to 3 years, due to covid. Through all of the changes, Grace never gave up on me! She kept my vision in mind and reminded me of it when I was over it! She was very attentive and professional. Also, she was always pleasant and welcoming and that is important to have when planning a event! She always responded to me and followed up after conversations. If I asked for something, she always did the research and got right back to me. During the wedding weekend, Grace and her colleague were God sent! They organized my guests, checked in with me to see how things were going and organized my other vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be. To watch them work on wedding day was magical. I honesty couldn’t tell you if anything went wrong or if anything unexpected happened because they took care of everything before it got to me. Also, the outcome of the design of the wedding was magnificent! I couldn’t have asked for anything more than what I got. She went above and beyond!So if you are questioning whether to work with them or not, DO IT! Grace cares about her clients and she is passionate about her work and it shows through your event. I am so extremely grateful and elated to have worked with Grace for the first time. Due to the Covid pandemic I was stuck feeling down and overwhelmed with work and having an upcoming birthday, I really did not know what to do in celebration. I reached out to Grace and we discussed hosting a private intimate dinner party. In under a week Grace Arhin Events threw a luxurious dinner beyond my wildest dreams. It was meticulously planned. My guests and I were floored with the attention to detail - from the balloon wall, to the stationery and even an ice sculpture for our raw bar!!! My now husband and I used Grace Arhin Events for month of coordination for our wedding. Initially we were supposed to be married in July 2021, however, with Covid, we were forced to postpone our wedding a year later in July 2022. Little did we know, that Grace and team would begin their work much earlier than the 4 weeks leading up to our wedding. In fact, I would say the work began 6 months prior to our wedding. However, Grace was also there for any breakdowns I had, for vendors who had left me hanging in the dust and was always available to provide me with new recommendations. In the weeks leading to our wedding with pressures getting high, she remained organized, consistent and readily available to navigate and coordinate through final walk throughs, decor recommendations, rehearsal and coordinating with all vendors. Two days before my wedding there was a HUGE power outage by Rogers and Grace was affected, but did this stop her? NO! She began to work from her phone and continue to do her job with no excuses using her personal data. Lastly, on my wedding day, Grace eased my anxieties, wiped my tears, took my phone (which I'm eternally grateful for), did not discuss any of the things that were going wrong, she handled them in secret, and kept the bridal parties and vendors organized.
