I am a pet photographer located in Victoria BC. I recently reached out to Heidi to discuss our business and was blown away by the wealth of information I received from her. I booked a Legacy Session and I was worried that because Oliver is deaf that we wouldn't be able to get the best images -but his photographs turned out spectacular! I’m in love with them! Heidi took all the time needed to get the images and went above and beyond to make the finished product something I will always cherish. She made the session fun and kept me from stressing out when I felt that Oliver wasn't doing the right thing. I will recommend her to everyone I know. Heidi, I have never met someone who loves their job and their clients as much as you do. You made me and my pup feel like we were the only things that mattered the whole time. Your kindness toward myself and Oliver will never be forgotten.

The BEST decision others will ever make is working with Heidi! If I could give her 10 stars I would!I was super worried that it would be a sad experience to have an equine portrait session for Tango, Teddy and Lark without my horse Daisy (she passed away before the session was booked). Instead, we had an absolute blast and the horses and my Grandma truly enjoyed themselves.The best part was how comfortable it all was! All the laughter we shared and just how easy ordering the amazing artwork was. Such incredible support during the planning and decision makingWhen I look at my portrait boxes and pieces of artwork I feel so happy! The whole living room shelf of equine artwork just brings such joy to the house! My Grandma and I spent an hour or more going through all the portraits in the boxes because I was far too excited to wait until Christmas!Heidi was so incredibly amazing to me - there are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for everything and just how amazing the photographs are! It is actually difficult to find the words to describe Heidi Grace. There is Heidi, the person; and Heidi the creative muse and then, there is Heidi’s truly exceptional work. My dog Axel is starting to get up there in years. As many photos of him and selfies I have with him, I really wanted someone to professionally capture our relationship.It was wonderful how happy Axel was to make friends with Heidi Grace and show off his moves. I have looked through the portrait album tons of times now and it just makes me smile. I feel extremely happy and so glad that I went with Heidi to capture my relationship with Axel. We booked a session with Heidi Grace Pet Portraiture because our friends were raving about her and because of our older dog Cooper’s age and health. We enjoyed a new park as a family while she captured the many expressions of our babies. We’re happy that we booked our session and could move it up sooner because of Cooper’s health. We feel that we got what we paid for and will forever have these memories of our time with our two goofs. It was a fantastic experience to work with someone with a lot of knowledge about working with pets and captured them as their true selves

From our first conversation, everything was perfect and meaningful and we are so grateful for this! We wanted to create special memories with Luna, we don’t know how much time we will have with her because of her age and she is everything to us. A photo session was the best thing we could do for our little family. We were worried that we are not like other people who look good in pictures. My husband and I contacted Heidi Grace when we wanted to include our 3 fur babies in our pregnancy announcement. As soon as Heidi responded to my email query I immediately knew she was the perfect choice for us! We had an initial phone consultation which truly felt like speaking to a friend or family member because she made me feel completely at ease with her ideas.We had to re-schedule due to a heat wave (which isn't advisable to have pups in that heat due to the panting) but even though Heidi is extremely busy, she was able to fit us in really quickly.We had the best day ever! We aren't usually big on family pictures as we sometimes feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, but Heidi and her fantastic assistant made us and our pups feel at ease during the whole session. We had some fantastic pictures that honestly exceeded both mine and my husband's expectations and we also have the most gorgeous photo album as a keepsake.I highly and thoroughly recommend using Heidi Grace's amazing photography services as you will be able to take your expectations and triple them with the results! My boy Diesel is getting older now and I thought it was a good time to have some professional photos done while he is still happy and healthy. He hasn’t really had many pictures taken of him over the years and I wanted something really good to keep forever.Going out to the park and taking all the pictures was a really great experience and then picking out the pictures together was also really fun! Lakes and rivers havealways been a big thing for us so I wanted to have water-related pictures and I love the ones we got. Overall everything was great and every step was taken carefully and thoughtfully. The quality and service were both great and the experience was positive on the whole.If you have a friend who you are considering getting some memories captured together I would recommend Heidi grace pet portraiture to anyone. She is really great to work with and she's very good and understanding with animals. She is very accommodating with any needs you will have. I really love all the great pictures we got together it all exceeded my expectations. My picture album will be my prized possession from now on !
