Terrible drive-thru experience, zero customer service skills. So, what happened was I ordered an iced coffee Sunday evening and I could clearly see the cream was not mixed. I requested to mix it, a girl from the back made a comment when the girl on window told her to mix it and she giggled ; I could see the expressions since could notice people. I asked her that there was nothing to laugh about if I asked to mix the cream and she said no, we did not laugh at you with an attitude. There was no sorry or something like that which shows what they were up to. So, I told her that I know since I have been there and she was so much in attitude; said we always laugh like that and shut off the window. See, I was student once and I have sympathy with them but these people literally cry when they don't get jobs. You're at work, learn how to do it and instead of making comments learn to behave. People do pay for it you're getting paid. Due to your bad attitude, potential workers gets affected too when customer complains and I am not the first one to complain as I could see your review section. LEARN people!!!!!

The place seems great. The cashier didnt even put in that i requested no bacon on my t.b.c. even though i had profusely asked her to remove the bacon. And i still got bacon in the sandwich. Just dissappointed thatvthere was no clear communication between the person who was taking my order to the one who was making it.

Hi this is Harry as few days ago I visited here and I ordered some food to eat in the lunch and a girl was taking the order with name (Jashan) as I also came to know that she is a supervisor there and while I was ordering my food she took the order like I was begging to her and not paying for the food as she was like shouted on me as I am her worker or something even she has no right to shout in her workers also. I don’t know why they behave like they are working in Starbuck not in the Tim and why they behave with the customers so rude. Even, if I will have the option to gave them a (Star less than one then I would definitely go with that).At last, I just say that if the Tim owner has to hire the staff like (Jashan) they the owner should close it.Thanks.

Mobile orders shouldn’t take longer to receive than the line up does. Whole purpose is to speed things up but I order mobile then come in and still stand there 10 minutes waiting only to have to finally ask for my order before they start making it

I don't give a lot of reviews but I have to say this, the manager at this location is incredibly rude, unprofessional and I believe racist. I believe her name is Sonya. I was approached in a terribly cruel way today while at the cafe. I dozed off while I was on my laptop and she approached me yelling in front of the other customers and made everyone incredibly uncomfortable. I would understand if the rule applied to everyone but I have watched her ignore others who were sleeping.I once told one of the assistant managers that she was picking on me for sleeping while she failed to confront another customer who was sleeping. She still failed to do anything about it. She later apologized and took responsibility which I appreciate.After Sonya left, I was approached by the other customers, apologizing for her behaviour and telling me that they completely understand. We all thought her reaction was completely uncalled for. That's not the way to speak to your customers, for any reason. It was so bad that I felt the need to defend myself to a total stranger which should never happen and I hope it never repeats itself.

It wasn’t too busy, my order was taken fairly quick and the coffee was made perfect. They did great with double roasting my bagel, and had super fast service. Thank you!

I love this place, it's cozy and delicious. But unfortunately, no one controls order and respect for others. Employees of the institution do not even make remarks to such customers. For example, 10 women with 6 children came to the establishment, occupied 4 tables, at one they organized a drawing group for the children, and without ordering anything, they sat for hours and shouted at the entire establishment. Children were running and lying on the floor. It's terrible. The other people who came had nowhere to sit, I couldn't even speak there, because I couldn't be heard because of their noise. I think every user has the right to be there for half an hour and not disturb others. Sometimes people come who occupy a table just to charge their phone or just to sleep. But this is not a help center. Disappointed, next time I will go to another.

We ordered Egg Bagel Breakfast sandwich, and the bagel was not soft at all.Although it was a good exercise for my mouth, I wasn’t planning to work on it this Sunday morning.Please soften your bagel perhaps. Cheers.

Their coffee is always burnt no matter if you order early in morning or afternoon or at night their coffee is always disgusting. Staff are so rude even when you ask them something politely. Very bad location i stay without coffee rather go here
