I have special requirements and Because of this I sometimes need extra or special requests which Eva Marie and Jesse are always happy to help me out!Having said that, the general cleaning is top notch and Eva Marie and Jesse are friendly and lovely.

From start to finish, I was so impressed with my experience with Yellobean Total Clean. I called Eva after finally cracking over the state of my home when my partner and I were both unexpectedly rendered useless due to some health things. I explained the situation to her and she quickly got back to me, exercising an unexpected (but welcome!) amount of empathy and flexibility in helping us out. When her and her team arrived, she contacted me to let me know that to accomplish what we had originally discussed for the clean, they would likely need more time (peak shedding season for our Golden Retriever and no one who could dust and vacuum for weeks) and gave me the option for them to take more time, or scale back what they would get done. The additional cost was worth it to me, but I appreciated the proactive communication to avoid an unexpected surprise with the bill or disappointment with the work done. The clean itself was thorough, exactly what we discussed, and I so appreciated all of their small, thoughtful touches like turning the shower settings back to where they were set. I am already thinking about when I’d like to have them back next, and would recommend them to anyone on the Sunshine Coast looking for a cleaner!

Eva-Marie was hired to do a move-out clean for clients of mine. It wasn’t an easy one as there were still several pieces of furniture that were left and drawers full of personal effects.But they did an amazing job not just cleaning but organizing cupboards and getting rid of unnecessary objects. I would highly recommend her company for any jobs, large or small.

Eva Marie and Jessie are a great team. They did a great cleaning job, with special attention to details such as dusting the inside of kitchen drawers and shelves and thoroughly taking care of windows. I am so pleased with their trusted care and respect for my home and privacy.

I tried to resolve this privately with the owner with only some resolution (a small refund). She was hired for a move out clean. I sent her pictures of the leftover dirt and untouched surfaces. She was receptive and admitted that it was a sub-par cleaning. Apologized and gave a partial refund. This set me back as I had scheduled the weekend to do other projects to the suite and spend time with family. After 3 of us re-cleaned" it took longer than expected as more dirt/dusting were found. Being absolutely heartbroken and appalled I messaged Eva-Marie back saying that it seemed like hardly anything was done after all and that I wanted most of what I paid back. Her response: "When we left the (place) it was cleaned to an exceptional level". I did not get anymore of a refund and feel so scammed. I'm telling as many family and friends on the Coast not to use this service."

The Yellobean team came to our rescue and certainly exceeded our expectations. After nearly two years of sitting vacant, our camp buildings were in need of a deep clean. Thanks to Eva-Marie and her team, our buildings were fresh and ready for our post covid" re-opening and we could not be more grateful.
