Alex, the owner is one beautiful person, I haven’t felt so welcomed in a store before.After going into the shop hoping for a tea to go, seeing that they didn’t want to compete with the cafe next door- Alex went out of her way to offer me a free sample of any tea and get hot water from the cafe. Seeing the cafe was closed, she boiled water and gave me milk at the shop. She was warm, welcoming, and catered to me while still helping every other customer in the busy 3 stores she owns. Wild how she does it, and rare customer service especially considering the times.Local and beautiful products: good quality oils and tea. She even put in a special order at my request for a specific product I’ve been looking for.
