Many one stars reviews here are simply futile. I was very well received and they took care of me without any issues…you know what you want, you get it…they even water for me to get my steer tires changed next door. Very friendly and patient people. Amber rocks. She got me in regardless of how busy it was. Very helpful staff in general and very respectful!

I have bought a brand new volvo 760 from this location. They provide excellent service until the purchase has been made and that was it. They think their job is done after that. As happy i was at the beginning, more disappointed i am right now. I had the worse experience of my life with their customer service. I went there for truck's second service, it was rip off. so many hidden charges, unwanted costly parts replacements. when i took it to one of their staff member, instead of explaining, he was rude and very unprofessional. If you buy a tv worth a grand they provide more customer service than a truck purchase. Truck is great no doubt, but their bad customer service costing the volvo future customers. I won't be coming back here for my next purchase.

If I could give them no stars I would. This company is trying to charge me for their own mistakes. It seems as though they are more greedy for money rather than actually solving the problem. Overall just very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Came to pick some parts for my dad. As I was waiting this guy was at the counter and ignored me. His name is Phi (pronounced Fi) - don’t know actual spelling. I said to him that my dad will call you for the part which I come to pick. As soon as I said that he disappeared. He went at the back and then came this wonderful gentleman named James who politely asked me for help and he even talked to my dad over the phone and took all the orders. My dad has some choice of parts and had questions regarding the manufacturer’s of the part. When Phi heard James talking to my dad he came to the front counter again. James politely asked phi if he knew where the part was made and phi replied “ yes and said some kid made it.” I hope the management here hires people who has better customer service skills and and know how to answer not lie saying some kid made the parts. Please hire more people like James and let phi know that we are NOT getting parts for FREE.

Now that Doug, Marty and Maureen have retired it’s become one of the worst dealerships. Natalie the new finance manager is very rude, no customer experience, would never buy a truck again from them.

Don't lose your recipt for anything you buy from here, they will always look for a excuse not to refund anything purchased even though It's within warranty , also Amazon has same parts for a fraction of the price, I purchased 4 new batteries and because one of my drivers gave there name instead of the company name, they refused to take the faulty batteries back that were within the period.

Parts staff were great. Very helpful even though the parts that I was told were waiting for me and at the end of the day the company had not even placed the order but the counter people sorted it out asap with a smile....or a grin....Thanks guys
