I booked a shellac pedi with Brittany. This was my first time at Luxe. Brittany was lovely! We had a nice chat and she did a great job. I’ll be back. I also loved the convenience of booking online.

I cut 11 inches off my hair and asked Sarah to fix it. She gave me the coolest of cool girl haircuts. I no longer regret cutting off my hair. 12/10 highly recommend, she is exceptional, clearly knows her stuff.

Not only did I get an incredible cut, I also learned how to style my curls! I couldn't believe that it took me over 30 years to learn how curly hair should be styled. The best cut I've had in decades!

Went in to get my lashes done and was not pleased with the service. I went in and told the girl exactly what i wanted, the length, the curl size, the style and it was not what i asked for. My lashes are completely flat and have huge spots missing in my lash extensions. I let them know i was not happy with my service and they offered to take them off but the customer service tone was not okay and I will definitely not be going back.

Sarah is absolutely gifted when it comes to hair. I go with an idea of hair I want to get to and she is always honest about the process we should go with to get to the results I want without destroying my hair along the way. I always leave beyond happy with the results. Just had my hair done and cannot wait for my next appointment!
