This clinic is a welcoming warm environment, with kind front desk staff and a fluffy puppy(Hendricks)to greet you. The doctors and therapists are knowledgeable and the adjustments are effective. Specifically chiropractic care in my case, Mike is wonderful. I look forward to my weekly adjustments and the laser therapy works wonders.

I've been working with Dr. Stevie Newman-Szeps since August 2020. She's a great chiropractor, friendly, outgoing, patient and knowledgeable. She has helped me immensely. Highly recommended.

After moving to Port Credit I needed a new physiotherapist when my knee kept me from running. I had met Dr. Mike Skiby while walking my dog past his clinic so he was the person I called and scheduled with. Since then I have been very happy with his treatment and guidance. Dr. Mike has treated my acute knee injury and worked on a chronic back issue, while also helping me with building up my core strength to reduce my back issues. I am definitely going to continue coming here and have already recommended this clinic to others.

Amazing Centre, more amazing staff. My daughter and I have been attending MyHealth (both in Streetsville and Port Credit) for approximately 10 years. I initially started going for help with the treatment of migraines. MyHealth can help you with so much more than that. Dr. Mike Skiby is the key and owner of the establishment and I have seen him personally for both acupuncture and chiropractic treatment. My daughter has attended for chiropractic and physiotherapy. I have also had therapeutic massages from Klara. I highly recommend MyHealth and all members of their team.

The clinic is well equipped and has a very peaceful ambiance. Shirley is extremely kind, honest, professional, knowledgable and patient. She explains everything as she goes, provides honest and detailed answers to any question and has great conversation. I feel like I'm in great hands. I would definitely recommend her.

During the Covit-19 lockdown I experienced a sever sciatica event (the first one ever) the pain was crippling from my hip right down to my toes could not walk even going to the toilet was painful.... I attempted to search out a chiropractor (moved to Missussauga some time ago and never tried to find a chiropractor here) many went to answering machine with a promise of a call back which NEVER happened... so again I tried ...when I called this clinic Dr. Mike Skiby answered his phone .. I explained my situation he is only seeing patients for “emergency” event... So within hours I was at his clinic using proper PPE (both him&myself) he gave me adjustments,cold laser,deep massage the results where near life changing the release from the pain was amazing.... put me on a exercise program first one that actually works it’s an app with real people showing how to do them and it’s specific to you!! Went back 3days later for continued treatment... I have been to chiropractors for decades I’m extremely picky of who is my health provider... fate sent me there and I can only say 10/10 extremely professional his level of self confidence and ability to preform the needed service beyond exceptional.... if you need a professional chiropractor that has the knowledge and skills to give you a new start at proper, pain free,body healthy life I recommend this clinic 100%It’s a journey that you as a patient have to do all prescribed exercise etc ... my journey has restarted and I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Mike and am so thankful I found himUPDATE….. End January/22 I injured my shoulder in a fall off a wall.. damage was quite extensive torn muscles torn tendon … arm was immobilized pain past extreme… being my dominant arm and unable to move or use . I called Dr Mike explaining my situation he arranged an appointment with Shirley Chan Physiotherapist at the clinic I have been undergoing Physio treatment since She has brought my arms motion range strength back and improving weekly She also made a customized exercise program , videos to explain many of the exercises..She is extremely knowledgeable confident well educated in her field…. this is very evident in her treatment of my injuries and the success of my recoveryI would highly recommend Shirley for any Physio treatment she is extremely professional uses different approaches to injuries constantly searching out the best way of retuning the patient back to normal pain and injury free life…Just an update…. I’ve been receiving Physio therapy from Shirley Chan resident Physio therapist she is exceptional very professional confident knowledgeable always searching the best treatment to resolve my injuries bringing my extremely injured shoulder back from unusable to strong great range fully usable also she has been working on my other shoulder and right leg both are.making great progress. I would highly recommend Shirley Chan if you have injured yourself it’s definitely worth your time to visit clinic to have your injuries reviewed… I’m very confident to recommend Shirley 100% my experience at the clinic has always been positive all staff are professional friendly and helpful….
