Very slow service. I have been waiting for 6 months for the court to process an uncontested divorce. I have followed up after 3 months and the application had not even made it to a judge for review. I'm still waiting for a response from the court. There are only 2 to 3 people working at the counter and line up's are quite large.

It took me three years to get an order for unsupervised visits! I had no prior history to motivate their decisions. legal aid refused me advice because the mother already took the time to talk to most of there workers to create a conflict of interest. Amazing what women on welfare find the time to accomplish lol. the staff were friendly enough but constantly tried to intimated me into giving up my pursuit of meaningful time share with our daughter. one judge lied about the presence of the affidavit to avoid making a judgement. another judge admitted she was in contempt of order and had been for several months but declined to press charges as she felt ignorance was a valid reason for breaking the law despite my lawyer letters constantly advising her! remember guys if she doesnt show up PROCEED BY DEFAULT. if you dont trust the judge remind them all are baring witness to there decision. if you agree to mediation make sure its open mediation so all fact are disclosed with the judge. also ask for all child support funds be deposited into an educations fund so mom cant get her nails done on your dime! dont forget to give a big shout out to moms that men be dads xoxo respect to you!

Tall girl with black hair was not friendly. They won’t answer any questions. They will give a number to call duty council. You can get printed documents there and have them sworn in but that’s pretty much it. Filing is online. Not sure why they’re open. Waste of time..

First time at Family Court which it was very welcoming and clean.CATHY the court clerk was AMAZING, PATIENT & SUPER HELPFUL! She respond to all my inquiries. Great customer service! Everybody there should be like CATHY she was beyond and above. Thank you kindly Cathy :)

Government services offer terrible customer service. FAQs and self-help is horrible and it takes 3-4 phone calls/redirects to get the the right extension; then you get their voicemail. Good luck.

Is it possible to get judges in Family Law who know something about raising children, instead of old white men who have never changed a diaper in their life? Judge Jamie Trimble will clear the courtroom the rule in favor of his lawyer buddies.

Place full of unprofessional , unknowledgeable , unmotivated workers. Any questions you ask they refer you to the duty council.Even when I called to ask how can I file the forms for the upcoming conference,she said that she doesn't know and offered to take a consultation of the lawyer they have for 90$.I had terrible experience with one of the clerks there.I got really traumatized. I had to come to this place 3 times in order to file my forms. Oh! I don't understand how some of the useless clerks get hired there.I wish all people better experience or better no experience with this place at all!Good luck everyone!

It you have all the time to waste in the world. This is the place to come. You will sit until you get a number. Then between 9-11am you may get called. If not, you come back between 2p-4p. Still not called??? Come back tomorrow and enjoy the wait!!!Make sure you fill in the paperwork perfectly!! Or your being sent home.

The court is nice and clean but some of the court clerks are inefficient and slow. They lost some of criminal documents which was a pain to deal with! I tried to manage on my own but you will need a lawyer to do it for you because the clerks and government lawyers don't make it easy if you don't have a lawyer.

Although there is an online system put in place by force majeur of covid, some workers there manage to delay system and justify their presence by making things complicated and finding things in documentation that has nothing to do with court order or the decision. This is where our taxes wasted. I wish you dont have to go to there for any reason.
