Robert is the owner at this location, he has a good staff and he runs a tight ship. He likes to keep the place clean and take very good care of his customers. His son Chris is often behind the counter as well, he is always there to help. The team in the back is always willing to explain things in layman's terms so we understand them. I highly recommend this place for any kind of trailer work that you need done whether it's on the vehicle or on your motorhome or in fact on your cargo or flat deck trailer these guys can handle the work!

These guys are awesome, came there with a Volkswagen Tiguan and an older boat trailer, they geared the whole thing up for me right on the spot. Super nice people, are very knowledgeable about the work that they do.

Had a new hitch put on my Polestar2. Service was excellent as was the attention to detail. Highly recommend these guys.

Not pleased with the workmanship based on how much I paid.Sloppy wires without proper protection and rubbing against the frame?!? Drilled a hole in the truck cab instead of using the rubber gasket??Was promised a made to fit hitch and got an out of the box unit. Not pleased! Go somewhere else if you have the time.

Me and my husband urgently needed to find an adapter for our trailer to go with our German hitch, the gentleman who helped us was so quick and had the part we needed, & we were there for less than 5 min and were set to go on our trip! Thanks for the kindness!

Can’t say enough good things about the guys at this location, went in yesterday after having a very difficult couple weeks just needing some bearings for a hub that was honestly beyond usable, money was tight and I told Robert I was just there for the bearings as I’m trying to get over the winter months, he came back to the front with a great quality used hub assembly packed with brand new bearings, grease, and seal kit for me to put back on my trailer and get me going again, for an AMAZING price. Honestly the first shop to give me a break after some difficult times, thank you once again Robert and team!

I took my trucks there to do some wiring and i told them it shouldnt be direct on the battery cause it will drain the battery. But they did exactly what i told them not to and drained my new battery.I was over charged same guy was working on both trucks for 4 n half hours but he charged me 5 hours for each truck and cost me $1000 for a bad job.Be careful of these scammers.
