Very pleased with my new e-bike! Cal’s Cycle is an excellent place to get your bike and know that you are dealing with honest and knowledgeable people. They took my bike in on trade and gave me a fair price. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to buy a bike. Great selection and variety of bikes. Very relaxed experience. No one is chasing after you to sell. You can freely look at and test the bikes. No pressure experience. Once I made the choice on a bike, they helped me out with assembling some accessories I wanted to add. Excellent place!

Cal's Cycle is super! We (my son and I) went to get a rear tire installed on my son's bike. The selection was great, prices were competitive, and they had it finished before we were finished paying the bill! We used the bike to see fireworks that evening and depended on that tire as we rode home in the dark (we did have lights on our bikes) and the rain.

Excellent experience! Received great help finding what we needed and they set the bike up nicely so it fit my kid well. Very cool bicycle shop!

Went for a quick drive today out to Cals Cycle interested in an electric bike. Well we found every potential option in every possible price range. Feeling pretty overwhelmed with so many choices and very new to the idea of electric bikes it was great to have not just Cal but the other members of his team help us and move us closer to what will work for our first try. Our purchase was pain free, even noticed a small glitch with the light and had Cal quickly change it out for a new one. I have purchased an e-bike from Cal’s Cycle a couple of years ago. I went back today to purchase a bike carrier. The people working there are a so awesome at helping their clients to make the right decision by explaining everything. They have so many bikes and accessories to choose from it is unbelievable. I drove away with my bike rack mounted on my car and bike loaded … no further installation required. Well worth the drive from Sylvan Lake to check them out.

Amazing experience, very helpful staff. Able to answer questions about the bike we purchased. We also got some much appreciated help adjusting our bike rack to accommodate the e-bike.Having a varied terrain bike track to try out the bike was also an excellent perk. Would definitely recommend. The drive from Calgary was worth it and very scenic.

Have been coming to this shop since my kids were small. Still love it.Lots of good options for every budget. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely location with kid friendly activities, extensive inventory. Highly recommend it.

It had been a long time since I required assistance with bike tuning. I had heard good things and wanted to see how it would go. My initial inquiry was in regards to a trade in. It was an older bike and felt the value offered was fair. The next item was having a wheel swapped over to a new rim and the front wheel trued up. Service was quick, however upon pickup there were a few things that didn’t sit well. My old rim wasn’t sitting there and had to ask if I could get it back. After one employee asked another it was found and brought out. I originally had titanium bolts on my axle and when inspected they had been replaced with black ones…. Having not discussed a cost for the wheels it ended up being a bit of a shock when it was basically a trade for my trade in bike as compared to the cost of the wheels. I left dissatisfied with the overall experience. The staff is helpful and you may be more than satisfied with your experience based on your needs. However I don’t feel I will be back.
