Let me tell you who is the Boss of Tax Season: Cindy. This is my second year working with her and I cannot say enough about my experience: thorough, detail oriented, informed, diligent, passionate. I will work with this woman until she retires!

Greatly recommend, specifically this location and Morley as my tax expert person.It has been a breeze to talk about Tax Returns with Morley at this H & R branch. Personally, as a previous International Student this came with special requirements for filing tax, I was always guided and given advice about what was the right step to take to ensure that the filling was successful.I am also very happy with the responsiveness and positive energy I have received from everyone at this location even when taxes seemed a little overwhelming due to to all the paperwork required.Highly recommend and thank you for everything!

I did my taxes at this office yesterday and I should say that they are not helpful at all so I do not recommend them and will not use their service any more. I was H&R block customer in the US and thought the services should be the same however this office disappointed me again this year.I came to Canada 2 years ago and last year was the first time I was doing my taxes. Therefore, to avoid any mistakes I decided to exploit H&R block's newcomer discount to file my taxes properly. I paid their expensive fee to do things right and receive full benefits and let me say that I just have a T4 and T5 and no complicated issue. Yet, amateur accountants there act like a gas station guy, just take your money and click buttons on the computer without giving you proper advice and guiding you as to what you should do to receive full benefits. I thought I can receive professional financial tips but a free software asks better questions and provide more accurate and professional information. I had to call CRA and spend 4 hours on the phone waiting and talking to amend the mistake they made last year and this year and mail some docs to adjust my file again. These guys have no idea what professional business and customer service is. I miss H&R block in the US.An update as of July 4th 2023,I called H&R block, got NO response. This is just unprofessional and unacceptable. I will definitely do whatever at my disposal to let people know about how they treat customers.

Ada Wong is an all star. This was my first year filling as self employed and I’m glad I visited this location. Ada was very knowledgeable and efficient. Best of all… I’m now receiving more $

I don’t recommend this place. Do not go there. Ruth Ho helped me with my tax amendment but she messed it up. She did it in February and now it’s October but I haven’t seen any tax refund from the government. She submitted missing documents or else. Emailed her 2 times but she ignored it. Totally irresponsible! Paid $200+ but Very dissappointed

Made an appointment which they did not keep, there was no one available when I got there. The secretary tried to blame it on me because I didn't call to confirm despite the confirmation email I got saying there was no further action required of me. She the proceeded to quickly resolve my tax return. After waiting about 30 min I saw an accountant who met with me for less than 2 minutes. Needless to say this brief meeting did not inspire any confidence. I went to another accountant that revealed the advice of the accountant at this location was mistaken.

Morley is the best accountant out there ! He’s the reason we have continued to go to this branch for years. Thank you for your excellent service and expertise Morley ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See you next year !

I'm giving them 1 star because I can not give them anything LOWER. They messed my tax returns so BADLY I've had to spend the last month on hold with the CRA trying to fix their mistakes...Please don't go heredon't spend your money here...Go somewhere elseLiterally anywhere elseyour auntie will probably do a better job.
