I've been going to this Wendy's for a long time , and would take my kids every Friday after school. I started to notice the place got worse and worse. Missing food while going through the drive through and would walk in. On top of that lately, some staff became so lazy, not include utensils, naps or even sauce. Some don't even look interested to work and would be on their phones or talking to each other and customers standing around. On 4/6/2023 was the day I got fed up. We walked into order and waited to be served, no one approached us to take our order or to even acknowledge they will be with us. We stood there for 10mins, the manager of the store saw us and said nothing. So I took my kids and left.. sad because my kids looked forward to coming. So we went to McDonald's just down the street. Had the best service and food. I'm sure nothing will change and we will just start going to McDonald's from now on... thanks Wendy's staff for messing up a good thing. I will say there was one staff member that always made us feel welcome, she was tall , had glasses and would come to the front and say hi and smile.

This Wendys is my local one and I've been going to it for over 20 years now. The quality service has changed quite a bit over the years but recent trips there have led me to want to post a review.The food here, 90% of the time is hot and very good. At times, however, there are items missing or cold. The same could be said about customer service, although that is more like about 70% of the time. The difference between good and bad service is whether the manager happens to be in. When the Manager is there, everything is perfect, the Fries are hot and fresh, the order is never wrong and the service is fantastic. When he's not there, it's hit and miss.A few days ago, I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. As I was pulling up to the window, I saw the manager leaving for the day. At the window, the young woman greeted me by holding out a large coke. I explained that wasn't mine, my order was the mobile order, I had told them that at the speaker. She seemed confused and asked what I ordered. I told her the items in my order and she told me to go park and they would bring it out to me.It took about 10 minutes for the order to come out but luckily the very small, medium frosty that I'd gotten was mine so I was able to eat it before it melted completely. The order came out with each item in a separate bag. The fries were cold and there wasn't a single napkin in any bag.When the manager is in working, I give this place 5/5 and highly recommend it.When the manager is not in.Service: 3/5Food quality: 4/5Accuracy: 2/5I'd recommend that you check your order before leaving to make sure you got everything and that the meal is hot.

Great choice of food for the whole family. More smiles wouldn't hurt though. The server on the counter was void of them. Probably they were tired. But again, it was enjoyable. Convenient too since I live just across from the restaurant. Ouw one more tip, please do clean up the table, wipe them clean for better dining experience. Though customers are expected to clean up after use, it'll be extra great to have an employee to clean up once in awhile.

Great food, friendly drive through service. Only once did I have an order where the burgers were subpar. Every other times everything has been on point and even offered complimentary items if there has been a slight mix up

I went to get cold drinks at this Wendy’s location today. It was my first time trying their new Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade drink. I regret buying it. I can’t even drink it as it is very sweet and has heavy syrup-y taste.I drove back to the drive thru to inform them, the cashier suggested that I can replace it.When I came to the next window the person didn’t consider replacing it but rather he just hand me a cup with lemonade and ice water to mix it myself. The taste is still the same, very sweet like you are drinking syrup. Don’t get me wrong, I usually like sweet desserts and drinks, but this one I had no choice but to throw it away!I regret buying it, What a waste of money to pay for that drink.I don’t recommend it unless you are into very SWEET syrup-y drinks.However, their other menu items are good! And will still come back for those.

Ah! This is the best customer service experience ever! Syed, who I believe is the manager is super kind and nice and makes the experience incredible. Strongly recommend coming here as the food is great as well! Quality Menu is super cheap and great value!

Personally, I find this location to be the best. The food is always fresh and hot off the grill. My order is always right and the staff are friendly and welcoming, which is very refreshing!! I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed. Great job everyone!!

My sister ordered food from here Thursday June 1st around 7:30pm - She ordered two cheese burger deluxe, one with everything and one just cheese and ketchup.. when they got home my dad mentioned that the burger tasted different after a few bites then realized that there was bacon in both the burgers.. this has never happened before so we were in shock. How did cheeseburger deluxe get mistaken for bacon deluxe? This was very upsetting and frustrating since we are Muslim’s and don’t consume pork. Everyone else’s order was fine except these two burgers that had to go to waste unfortunately. Not happy at all with this situation
