Worst experience. Went to their 76 ave and 128 st. They are very good in term of their sale, but when you ask for their services then the real story starts. I bought iPhone and porting my number from another provider. First of all, sales person forgets to check this number is eligible or not. Secondly, he forgets to add port request before final sale. Then he added my no afterward. And their team said you can go home and we will send you port in request as we are very busy now. I never received any msg.Next Day when I went to store and I explained my situation to store owner. He said give him one day as they have live on location". I waited for another day. I went back to their store
