I have been dealing with Acadia travel for years and the service they provide is nothing but outstanding , I must say that my agent Paula Simões is always very helpful and ready to go beyond to keep me happy . Special thanks to her and to all the great staff at Acadia.

Acadia Travel has always been wonderful to us. They recommend and help us with our travel plans and packages. They at the agency are all so helpful and try to help anyway they can. We highly recommend their services. Paula is a very pleasant lady to deal with and tries everything she can to help. Her staff as well are delightfull.

My parents and I were visiting Portugal for 5 weeks and when we got to the airport for our return flight we found out that we had missed the flight because this agency didn’t notified us that our Porto - Lisbon layover was changed 20 days prior from august 21 at 2 pm to august 21 at 7 am. Which made us miss our Lisbon- Toronto flight. Embarrassing! Will never come back and will never recommend this agency!

My experience working with Paula, was a very pleasant professional one. She was very attentive to customizing a trip reflecting what I had in mind. It is evident that she is able to understand the interests, needs and the personal travel tastes of her customers. I look forward to booking more trips with her in the safe future.

Very disappointed!!! I was mislead into thinking I was purchasing direct flights only to find out the opposite. Once I payed for the tickets I was told by one of the agents I'd receive an email confirmation within hours. Those hours turned into days and I realized why once I read the email in detail: the direct flight tickets I had payed for weren't for a direct flight at all. And I just got the feeling the agent knew exactly what she was doing because of how the information was layed out in the email: on the top of the email it described the flight origin and destination without mentioning the stops but after a large gap on the email page then I found all the details with the stop over. Again this is just a feeling I have but it certainly is very strange. None the less .. I will not return my business to this agency at all.

Paula is the best travel agent I have ever dealt with. She's friendly, knowledgeable, goes that extra mile, and this is a small locally owned business and it shows in the great personable service.

Paula is very friendly and helpful. She managed to get the airline company to refund my deposit after cancelling my trip due to the pandemic. When the world is safe to travel, I’ll be booking a trip with her again! ✈️
