If you want someone who doesn’t even know how to smoothly apply gel, give you a nice shape to your nails or doesn’t listen to anything you’re asking then this is the perfect place for you.My nails that were ugly also chipped the first day.Called and spoke to the owner the next day.She told me to come in Monday because she’s not open Sunday. I asked if Tuesday could work because of childcare.I come in and they refuse to do anything to fix the nails. Said I’m lying and they’re fine.Went elsewhere to see if they could be fixed. The lady’s exact words “horrible they’re too bumpy”Asked for $35 back to cover cost of being fixed elsewhere since they wouldn’t help me. Also there are no customers even in here. Owner won’t respond to me any more. The gentleman and lady working were both rude.I guess this is why there’s no one in there.Will never support again.Could have been an easy fix.

Honestly, this salon has been pretty good however i got a manicure today from Andy and he did AMAZING. So gentle and literally treated my nails like they were art. 10/10 recommend! Nails were $75 with chrome :)

Went to Hamilton for the weekend and stumbled upon this lovely nail salon. They were able to take me in right away which was nice. Vivian did a wonderful job on my nails (shellac polish change)!! Thank you!Also, the salon was very clean!!

I wanted to like this place because it’s so conveniently located however the service has been so unpleasant every single time since they opened. I went for a pedicure with my mom a few weeks ago (this was the last time I will ever go), and the owner did my mom and was taking calls, helping other clients and running around the entire time and making my mom wait, ruining her entire experience. Next, the lady who worked on me, cut the side of my foot while scrubbing where the skin is extremely delicate and she should have never been scrubbing that area and there is now a huge cut on the side of my foot and the worst part is the owner came in and tried to blame it on me and say there was already a cut there instead of taking accountability and just apologizing. Service and experience means everything these days and I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star in either of these areas. Save your time and money and go some place else where they actually treat you like a real customer.

Wanted so badly to like this place, so close to my home. Went in for a pedicure this weekend, pedicures are easy, right? What can go wrong? I had the worst pedicure ever, she cut the sides of my toe nails so deep (down to my cuticle), started bleeding on multiple toes. She was a really nice lady but I would personally never go back there again.

I really loved my nails and experience at this nail salon! I had a manicure and pedicure here. The pedicure was really relaxing where I was given a hot towel massage with warm stones, and sat in a relaxing massage chair. The manicure was just as relaxing and Christine (the owner) really paid a lot of attention and gave great care to my nail beds. Usually when I get my nails done, sometimes salons will buff them out too much but they ensured they were careful and did not hurt.Christine was thoughtful about the color, shape and size, and everyone inside were very lovely and sweet to me. Definitely would come again! The price was affordable too, thank you Christine!

Very friendly staff and excellent job. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful after more than a year of getting one. My daughters got shellac on their nails and were pleased with the job. Good price for excellent service! Deborah

I brought my partner here this week and her nails came out really well. She really liked the design and the staff were attentive

I went here too many times, hoping to get quality service, however it was always hit and miss. They ALWAYS overbook and then rush. The owner is always rushing the girls, they always look rushed and all over the place. Also, the quality of their work has diminished and quality of products, like after 2 hrs my manicure wasn't dried and they cut me every time. It was so close to my house that's why I kept going, however this is the last time.

I go here every couple weeks or so. The ladies are always very nice, and the atmosphere is so calming especially later at night. I only really get shellac manicures and they always turn out great. I got just normal polish done once here and it chipped away within a week (expected to be fair). The one girl re-did half my nails because SHE wasn't satisfied with it, I left her a good tip that day. They are very cautious and this is my favourite place to go.
