Regina Transit Information Centre

I took the number 8 yesterday at 2:30pm. There was an elderly man who was passed out on the bus. The bus driver stops the bus and walks into the direction of that elderly man. The bus driver kicks the feet of that elderly man to wake him up and rudely says this is your stop get off the bus. The bus driver had no right to touch that man. The man also fell after exiting the bus with his heavy bags of groceries. Everyone saw how the elderly man was treated and that he fell. I will be posting this publicly as a review. This treatment of an elderly man is unacceptable.

A bus was supposed to come at stop 1558 at 3:18 Pm today it didn’t showed up we pay the prices for regina trasit to travel or for them to not to show up the bus resumed its route from a different loaction 20 minutes later The bus was 2201 . I was on time there but the bus didn’t show up later i called the number that show on the board at the stop they put me at hold that was okay later she said that there is nothing that they can do so wasted 15 minutes over the phone to get that answer , In other cities they have special cabs for the people if the buses are late or for technical issue with bus but here they say nothing about it and do nothing about it

The bus service provided by the driver on number 7 Glencarin 633 in the evening is just awesome. I have never seen someone like him in last three years of my stay. He never lets anyone to misbehave in the bus. Greets everyone nicely and teaches the rules on the road to others. On point.

Most if the time I had bad experience especially on route 5- Downtown to uplands. Driver didn’t stop bus for me. I was waiving at stop but he just passed by two times this happened and today driver was actually 4 minutes late and then he started using his phone while bus was stopped at my stop near Avonhurst plaza and when I asked him when the bus will leave from here and he replied that he has to send some important message to someone after that we will leave right now. This is ridiculous. We got lage because of him and missed our next bus from downtown and now have to wait another half an hour in the downtown for next bus. Drivers should adhere to the responsibility of reaching at time. This careless attitude is not right and cannot be tolerated by the passengers

I am very much disappointed with the lady in the middle counter, she was very rude all the time. Today 16th June 2022 @ 9:30 am, I visited to renewal my bus pass for discounted fare with SES report. However the lady wanted a mandatory report to renewal my buss pass. While I was requesting her, she scared me that she would call security to kick me out. I felt discriminated and insulted. This is the second instance with that lady however the last time her manager helped to renew. I am not happy with the kind of service they provide to the customer. This is something should not happen by the lady with any one else. She must be professional not insulting the customer with rude behaviour and discriminating in this manner. She must have patience to deal with the customer rather behaving with no humanity and treating like beggers because we're low income families correct. I kindly urge to take this matter seriously to make services better.

Alisha was so friendly and went above and beyond for me! She is so nice every time I'm there! She should be the highest paid employee there!

I was about to take a right turn at lewan and 4th avenue at near about 5:25 pm. On 28/12/2022. This idiot was driving in the next lane to me when i move to the right side to take a right turn i was almost at the half way of the bus but he turn the bus to the right without giving any signal and i almost got hit if i didn’t press the brake.

I barely write Google reviews on any platform, but I wanted to share my experience with regina transit.I lost my keys on bus number 4 and I would have been in big trouble if I couldn't find them... and I asked for help from the other driver, his name was Alif and I tell u he is a great person, he tracked the bus and with the help of other staff, they found my keys in like 30mins... and then Mr. Barry (the officer) he hand me over the keys... I tell u these people are great...
