I miss when this place was big bite so much.- The staff are rude when you call to order now. On multiple occasions they just didn't seem to care if I ordered or no - horrible for business. Get employees who actually care.- The quality of pizza has gone down.- The prices have gone up- You can only get delivery through skip.Big Bite was one of my favourite pizza joints in town. Lifelong customer from going there during lunch as a kid while going to Brother Rice.So disappointing what's happened here.

Closed before supper time on a Sunday? I just seen about 10 people walk up to the doors besides myself and my friends and the doors are closed and locked. Summer is here and tourism is back in action. Donati's should be taking advantage of the business!!

They forgot half my order; said it would be 20 minutes?!?! Said forget it and left with pizza. Got home to find a dry, burned pizza. Won't be back. Glad they forgot half my order.....

I liked that the donair meat is made in house and not the store bought that some shops in the city use. It had a good taste with lots of onion and tomato. Since I had takeout I like that the donair sauce was on the side and there was plenty. I enjoyed my meal thank you.

Pizza was some how burnt on top and the dough under cooked. Waited 25 minutes when I was told ten and they also changed the slice combo, took out the pop but didn’t change the price. Was really not impressed with the service or food

Donati’s Pizza is the pizza you had when you were seven at your friend's birthday party at plaza bowl and never forgot. Great slice and easily one of the top 5 in the city.

Friggin fantastic!This was the “Devils pie”. Probably my favorite pizza in St.John’s IMO. Delivered fast and tasted great. I’ve ordered this a dozen times probably. Never disappoints!

EditI'm updating this as work had a pizza from Donati's and it was amazing! I can't recommend it enough. I believe the slice mentioned before was a 1 off.Old review:I had a slice of pizza and I can't say I recommend it. The portion was big, but it didn't taste good; it was rather bland. For $6.75 it was rather expensive for a slice of pizza. Better off getting a slice somewhere else that will be a little smaller, cheaper and taste better.

Loved the portion size. It's open late which was great. Excellent flavour. A must for delicious pizza slice.
