Chipotle Mexican Grill
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle semi-frequently since it opened. But no more.Three times in a row now, they’ve run out of guacamole. Once I can understand - things happen. But three times? What frustrates me even more is that they continue to charge for it. I always get a chicken burrito (for me) and a vegetarian burrito (for my spouse). The veggie burrito price INCLUDES guacamole. But the last three times they’ve run out, I’ve been charged the same amount for something I’m not receiving. It feels a bit like a scam. In fact tonight, the cashier even said “well it’s still the cheapest one” - well, yes, but that’s not the point. I’m paying for something I’m not getting, and I have the two times previous.Their portions have also gone down in size, even since last week. 8 pinto beans in my burrito is a bit of a joke. And a teaspoon of rice. For $14?There’s a Mucho Burrito literally 1 minute away. Do yourself a favour and go there. You can get a $10 small size burrito packed full - about the same size as a Chipotle burrito, even more full actually, or a jumbo burrito for about the same price Chipotle charges for this. I know where I’ll be going from now on.

While I approached my dining experience at Chipotle with high expectations due to its reputation, I must admit that I wasn't particularly blown away by the food. Being a first-time visitor, I was eager to sample their offerings, but the overall taste was satisfactory. In all honesty, I found the establishment to be slightly overhyped, nd expensive for what it was. especially considering the long line I had to wait in. However, I must commend the staff for their exceptional politeness and warm welcome, which was undoubtedly the nice part of my visit.

$25 for three tacos and a salad bowl!?! Servers barely speak English, didn’t listen to instructions the first two times that were provided. Had to ask them to put more lettuce and salsa on there since they were trying to divide it up. They packed the tacos loosely in a tin foil. Not going there again as it’s gotten worse than last time.

Would give 5 stars but found a long black hair in my bowl. It was super busy and I understand (as having a customer service job myself) that it happens. Customer service is great (friendly staff) and the line moves quite quickly.

Ordered through the app out front of the restaurant, maybe 3 customers inside. Meal was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, according to the app. My partner went to pick up the food, and the girl was chatting away with a guy. No food was served to him, and when she was done, my partner was told it would be another 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, the food still was not ready, and instead of telling my partner how long or what the delay was, the girl walked to the back.I walked in, and a crowd had developed and finally got our order 15 minutes after the estimated time by the app. Filled out the survey and didn't receive any feedback on the service.

Good easy location to go! The staff are nice enough and it does get busy quickly. It’s a good joint to have around as there aren’t many chipotle in the area. My boyfriend loves the burrito and I always opt for the bowls. For the portion and flavour it’s an affordable price. They have ice teas/lemonades as well as soft drink machines.

Highly recommend! This is the best location I’ve been to. The food never disappoints and huge portions. The customer service is great and always try to make sure that I got my order right. Been coming here almost every week for a few months now and never had a bad experience!

We went in to both get tacos, we had 2 different employees make our tacos.First employee asked me the standard rice, beans & protein. The second employee informed my husband you can’t have rice & beans on tacos ?Never heard this, you can order beans & rice on your tacos in the app. She wouldn’t budge when questioned about why rice & beans couldn’t be added.

Came here for lunch at 1130am, they had nothing prepared. Only meat they had was chicken, they had enough veggies for 1 person . No guac prepared, no sour cream, they didn't even have lettuce ready... they had 10 people working in there and only one was making people's orders even tho the line up was almost out the door. Safe to say I will not be back to this location anytime soon.
