I gave Wendells a 2 because Jeanette was their saving grace for a 1 star. My Durango was in to replace the brake booster under a recall. During the visit, they damaged my brake pedal switch. They told me it was like that before the booster replacement, and as a mechanic myself, I knew that it wasn't. This is a safety issue as the brake lights are now malfunctioning, and the front crash warning has an error. Jeanette was empathetic and wonderful to work with. However, I was not able to speak to the service manager after multiple calls to rectify the issue while the vehicle was in the shop as a comeback. I even asked that the original technician not work on my vehicle, and my wishes were disregarded. I expected much better.

Great service. Great staff. Great knowledge.
