Montreal Pro Cleaning

Did not explain anything on the phone. I asked them to clean three rooms. Kitchen bathroom and bedroom. They were going to charge more for deep cleaning and i said no problem. The minute they saw the place they refused to do the job and asked for more money 250 to 350$ and were very afraid of the job. My mom is sick, she cant clean and i work so i have no time. I hired these people to help her, and when i refused to pay more they left didnt even clean the bedroom which was not that bad to clean. they refused to do the job. Its very unprofessional and all they care for is money. I would never hire this company again.

I discovered Mtl Pro Cleaning through a gift certificate that I received and I’m glad I did. I was very pleased with the cleaning services received. They were very polite, professional and paid attention to every detail. I will definitely be calling them again. A great team!!!I have called them back many times since my original review and they do a great job everytime! They are a very professional and friendly team!!!

Booking online was very easy and I appreciated the convenience of paying online. Unfortunately, on the day I had the cleaning scheduled, two of my children woke up not feeling well and having to stay home from school. I advised Montreal Pro Cleaning and they understandably could not come; the scheduled appointment was therefore cancelled. They will not reschedule or refund. While it is true that they state on their website no refund for cancellation 24h or less, it is nonetheless very unfortunate that because I had two sick kiddos, I have paid 149.00 and have not received service.

I used Montreal Pro Cleaning for my condo and found the whole experience excellent. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and we were able to set up a time that worked for us both.The cleaning pro that arrived was on time, courteous, and left the place very clean and even organized things before she left.I have since arranged for a regular cleaning schedule with Montreal Pro Cleaning and expect similar results! I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. They are professional, friendly, punctual and did a perfect job. The seller of the house left it in a total mess with everywhere so dirty, bathrooms messed up and all that. However, this cleaning agency cleaned everywhere thoroughly and my house looked sparkling clean! I didn’t need to do anything but move in. Their prices are also moderate and I will strongly recommend them to anyone that may need this service.Kudos to you guys, you did a perfect job!!!

I wanted my home to be cleaned following the departure of my ex as a way to both have a clean home as well as a symbolically clean slate. I ordered the deep cleaning service and could not be more satisfied. My house is the cleanest I've ever seen it. Thank you so much for helping me through this hard time

Amazing crew! Excellent job. Looked at the reviews and said i'd give them a try and i dont regret it. When i called in they were professional and when they came to the house also. The moving cleaning was supposed to be 5 hours for the square footage of the house. They worked fast without missing any details. They were out of he house before that. Good company. Recommend!

I am not one to usually leave reviews but when the job is well executed and leave you in a lost for words, it must be expressed! Services was impeccable. The attention to details is to another level of professionalism. She payed attention to details i would not even pay attention to. The price was well package considering every thing that was done. When i got my estimate, i explained what i needed done and my expectations were surpassed. Amazing job and amazing service for the price. She is respectual professional and ponctual. Nowadays what this company represents is hard to come by. Went from a move-in deep cleaning to a regular customer. This is the only place you need. Good job!

Terribly disappointing. After reading these positive reviews we were expecting our apartment to be spotless after moving in. However, the cleaner came in unprepared, did not even necessarily know what kind of cleaning he was doing, did a mediocre job, we had to point out spots that were missing several times. Only towards the end did a second cleaner come to help. The vacuum was not used, the corners of all the rooms were still filled with dust and hair after they left. We spent two extra hours cleaning after they left. Which they did to go to another job, not even taking the time to make sure this apartment was spotless. The cleaner truly seemed like it was his first job. Talked to the owner after and she was beyond unhelpful, instead choosing to lie about what our service was supposed to be composed of when the proof was on their website. We wasted our money on a business that not only provided a poor quality service but terrible customer service as well, as the owner stopped answering me. I do not recommend
