Hands down the best meats anywhere in the Eastern Townships.I can't say enough about his smoked meats and briskets.Honestly it's all amazing.You can find his meats throughout southern Quebec.The best secret is that if you go directly to his shop you definitely get the best deal around.I highly suggest purchasing the Family bag for $12All the off cuts... Its simply heaven.

Dire qu’on a failli ne pas s’y arrêter!! Ça aurait été sacrilège!!!Les choix de charcuterie est à tomber par terre! La boutique paye pas de mine et c’est ça que je trouve encore plus cool! C’est un trésor caché! Un arrêt obligatoire dans la route des Cantons!
