Excellent, friendly visit!

It was my first time to go in Direct Visual Care in their Whitby location and the experience is so great. Vanessa was very friendly and fun to talk to. She explained the procedures for my eye exam and helped in choosing my new frames. I love how she cares about their customer.Dr. Moulitharan did great checking my eyes. She's very nice as well.They have great selection of frames. It wasn't easy for me to choose only 1 frame since there are so many interesting ones that I'd like to have!Overall, it was a VERY VERY VERY GOOD experience. I highly recommend it.Thank you so much for a great customer experience. I can't wait to get my new prescription glasses!

This is my very first mobile optician experience and I am so happy with with my overall customer experience with Direct Visual Care. Requesting my frames from Direct Visual Care was such a friendly and welcoming experience and didn't make me feel pressured to pick out frames regardless of how many I tried on. Vanessa, the optician, was extremely helpful finding me three prescription pairs that suited the size of my face and the strength of my prescription. In the past I've always been reserved when it comes to glasses because of how expensive and boring traditional frames can be. I completely went out of my comfort zone with two pairs that have made my glasses an accessory piece to my outfits and exciting to put on everyday. She has a lot of variety for all ages, styles, colours and fit.When it came to the price of the glasses, from what I am used to paying, they were half the price I usually pay which made it an awesome and a proactive experience considering a student budget.I think the best part about it was that she was able to stop by my work (on my break) to do a quick fitting, and then a full fitting at my house when the frames came in!I also didn't have to wait super long for the lenses to get fitted in the frames. It was awesome because it was less time for me to wait for my new pairs!With every pair you also get a glass case and cleaner which made it super convenient to go in my purse.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new glasses and lenses.

Great service. I recently found out I needed glasses and of course as a new glasses wear person I wasn't happy. I tried the basic optometrist stores in the mall and what now and no one helped me. I was a small fish in a big pond feeling overwhelmed; till I went here.The optician was amazing. She was so friendly and gave me great choices, and actually the first pair she gave me to try on was great. They had great choices so great I got two pairs.Oh also I forgot to say! It was an amazing cost the cost was less than it would be for one pair at any other place. Its worth the drive the trip wherever you're coming from go there.You're not just getting a pair of glasses, you're getting a great experience and a new look on life ;p

Best eye exam ever and amazing helpful staff that go above and beyond to find the right care for your situation. They are so affordable and work with you to help and will take care of all the billing for your insurance with ease. Vanessa is very experienced and went above and beyond to sort out all of the information I gave her. Dr Jonathan Niavis was also amazing. He was very thorough, more so than any other eye Dr I have seen. He also took the time to explain everything to me and answer my abundance of questions I asked lol. You could really tell they cared about helping you which is so rare to find anymore. This will be my forever eye care location.

I can't say enough good about Direct Visual Care.For my first experience with purchasing and wearing glasses, they have made the process so easy and fun. From the eye exam and perfect prescription, to choosing glasses that I'm absolutely in love with, my whole experience has been amazing. Huge thank you to Vanessa and Direct Visual Care!
