3605 kariya drive, Worst place to live. Bad management, bad decision maker in management office bad director in building selfish, mean, mentally disturb, nonsense mind. ,only give hard time to residents in building.Dont buy here or lease. Most sick people in management and director.will get chance to move I will 100% from this nesty place with nesty management

One of the best buildings to rent or buy in the square one area. Swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Squash, Billiards and Table Tennis rooms are always functional and nicely maintained. All common areas, elevators and parking lots are always clean. I have stayed in another building and visited most of the buildings located nearby and I found this as most beautifully maintained building.There are very minor issues but no building is immune to such things and management is working hard to resolve all such issues.
