Flirty Bird Nashville Hot Chicken

Hottest chicken I’ve ever had tossed the dish out went to eat somewhere else. Spiciest food you can get! I like hot sauce but damn!Could be perfect for you just not for me.

Take out place, conveniently located on the Main Street in Canmore.We had 2 orders of tenders (mild) and crinkle fries, with 2 beers.The best part of the meal was the beers and the crinkle fries - I would come back just for these.The tenders were unfortunately cooked in burned oil and tasted that way. The coleslaw was so doused in black pepper it was inedible. With some care put into the preparation our meal would have been much better.The service was lacklustre - the woman was sitting on the back (food prep) counter on her phone and didn’t acknowledge us for quite some time.There are enough good places in Canmore that I wouldn’t try this location again, but it had potential so I would try one of the Calgary locations to see if it has better standards.

I usually don’t eat chicken tenders. But we got the Medium heat chicken tenders and it was delicious but oh so hot! And I can handle spicy. The sauce (sadly extra charge for additional container) helped dial down the heat. Kids enjoyed it too. Seating in minimal.

Great experience! The hot chicken sandwich was delicious but medium spicy was too much for me! They weren't kidding when they said this is the spiciest chicken in Canmore! Get mild if you're not sure. The macaroni salad is too sweet! The fries are too salty! Other than that, awesome flavours!

Man, they are not kidding. It's seriously hot. I got the regular level and boy did it burn (in a good way). I have had my fair share of spicy, hot food, being from India, but this humbled me. I could still taste the chicken, though. It was perfectly cooked and moist. The breading was kind of soggy, but I think it was because I did a to-go order and the steam in the box got to it. The creamy sauce was great and helped tamper the heat. The pickles were tangy and crisp. Coleslaw was fresh and tasty. There is not much in a way of atmosphere except for a few benches on the street. The person cooking and serving was nice. I found the price to be very reasonable considering the quantity and quality. Overall, 5 stars.

The sandwich was okay. The heat is under stated. The chicken strips seem to have a different breading that the sandwich was high seemed like it had too much dryness/flour and was a little dough like. Of three meals they serve the chicken sandwich is the best. The place is exposure to comparable experiences. Quality of the chicken meat itself was excellent, felt premium.

Phenomenal chicken sandwich like you've never had before. A hidden gem. If you like it Hot that's the place for you. I had 4th from the hottest my girlfriend had the third hers was absolutely scorching. Highly recommended.

I’m done with this place. Sometimes the food is amazing, sometimes it’s not good at all and that is because the staff often change. For example tonight I had the flirty fries and they were so salty it was impossible to eat. And my chicken wasn’t enough cooked. Another time I had the sando and my chicken had no breading. You never know if you’re going to enjoy your food or not. How disappointing!

Had a great lunch here on the weekend. The best part was the service. They were super busy and had a large order, but the staff member was so patient, kind and friendly. He took time to help us even though he was swamped. The fries were hot delicious and seasoned. The Medium Flirt was delicious and crispy - perfect heat.

This was after a long weekend.. I will say that. But if you can’t serve good food after a long weekend close up.. don’t serve burnt chicken. We really did not enjoy this. Thank god for the beers we got with it. I will not be going back here and I wouldn’t recommend if they’re busy or have been busy.
