Too much noise comes from unit above all night and no significant measure (like carpeting the unit) has been done to make life bearable for people below.A major flaw in the building is that it does not have its own security. If you have any issue like Noise coming to your unit, security has to come from another building and it takes them up to 10 minutes to come, which is too long to note down noise occurring (eg dog barking, or from another unit).
