The melt was very tasting and had a very appetizing look once you first open the box! I personally am not a fan of the marinara sauce, however the staff was very nice and gave me a ranch instead, with an extra charge of course. But the way it was packed made it worth it! Will be ordering again!

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut in Bonnyville, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The pizza was not up to par with what I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. The crust was overcooked and dry, the toppings were sparse, and there was not enough cheese. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut in Bonnyville, especially with the girl who took my order. She was really rude, and I would not recommend it to others.

I had a takeout experience at Pizza Hut Bonnyville, and I must say it was the worst. The managers displayed rude behavior towards both customers and employees, with reports of yelling and bossiness. Additionally, the pizza itself was extremely disappointing, as it was undercooked and even had a hair in it. I strongly advise against ordering from this location due to their poor management and subpar food quality.

First ordered a half hour until arriving to it. Was told a bit longer, then had to wait an hour and half for our food.When we got the food, pizza was cold and the only hot thing was the brownies. Pizza tasted like cardboard and was 40% just crust, employees were talking about quitting and it was understaffed for a Friday rush. Shift leader didn't do anything and watched stuff struggle.Wouldn't recommend this location unless they sort out their problems and can prepare for a rush, as well not let pizzas sit out for a while we got food poisoning.

The Pizza was good as expected. The chicken was the best, definitely recommend ordering the chicken. The service was prompt, the staff was amazing. Good place to go with the family.
