Booking service appointments almost 2 weeks out without giving loaner vehicles for the time being. I’ve dealt with other luxury dealerships in the past (Mercedes & Audi) and have never experienced this type of poor customer service. For a luxury dealership, do better. I’ll be taking my services elsewhere for not only this service appointment, but for all other future concerns as well.

Worst car dealership in Edmonton with zero sense of customer service. NEVER buy any automobile from them. Customer service manager Cody needs to be trained better to help customers rather than quarrelling with them over issues. Overall, would recommend buying from private sale and not here, you will end up losing the worth of the money spent and these folks will not care to listen to you as they would already received their commission from selling and don’t care about any issues the customer might have.

Superb experience. Recently I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from here and Tariq was the sales professional who helped us out in a big way. He was so knowledgeable and his attitude has to be appreciated. He did his best explaining even the minute details regarding all the models, pros and cons. I need to mention about Joyce here too who is from the financial team. She also helped in a great way getting the vehicle approved. All in all, we were extremely happy with the service we got. We would definitely go here again for an upgrade.

These guys will treat you properly. Raphael did a great job putting together the sale for us and his manager was excellent in meeting our needs. Brianna in finance knew her stuff and helped us out with some extras. I'd buy here again in a heartbeat.

Such a great experience. No pressure no haggling. Went in on a Thursday evening had a new vehicle the next day with all my needs and concerns addressed. Easiest purchase. Tariq and Deanna were so very accommodating and very doting. Great experience!! I know where I’ll be making my next purchase.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Land Rover Edmonton purchasing our new Land Rover Defender. Our plan was to look around at vehicles that day but we were so happy with the sales team, our experience and the defender itself. Excellent service and love the vehicle so far. I had the most amazing experience buying a Range Rover with the salesman Mitch who was fully understanding and walked me through everything, and on top of that Deanna the finance manager was absolutely amazing. They both made me feel like family and made me enjoy the experience of getting a new car to the fullest. Thank you for getting this 23 year old his first Range Rover :)

The team at Jag-Land Rover here in Edmonton were great to work with. Tariq took care of me and helped show me a few options, friendly, honest and facilitated a great experience. The team was reasonable in their negotiations, especially given it was during their March Madness Sales. Craig was great at explaining the details and usability of the various interior functions and the finance team were easy to to chat with.All-in-all a great experience to make you feel valued and take you through the luxury car buying experience. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for these type of vehicles. Cheers!
