Absolutely most terrible experience. I would have given this business a negative 5, if such rating was available. I had purchased a treatment via Groupon and for weeks had been trying to set up an appointment, without any success. A women, claiming to be the business owner, led me on, referring me to the website to setup one up. The appointment options were very limited and the scheduling tool was full of glitches making it impossible to book anything at all. When finally, I managed to get the business owner to respond to my text messages, she was extremely short, unprofessional and demonstrated no business ethics. She went on arguing with me, trying to put the blame on me for her incompetence just to tell me in the end to cancel the groupon because she was too busy to get me in. Really? You wasted so much of my time just to tell me that? How disrespectful. Needless to say, I want nothing to do with this business and I will let as many people know about how poorly I was treated by Slim Sister as I can.

I Wish I could give a good review for their service. But I only got to go there once. I never experienced such a hard time to book an appointment anywhere else. I bought 5 sessions off of Groupon and only got to use one. No one ever got back to me for my second appointment. And I've contacted them several times. At this point I don't even care anymore to go. Even if someone would get back to me now. What an easy way for them to make money, and what a waste of money. Maybe it's because I didn't go for the extra treatments she wanted me to buy on my first appointment, I guess we'll never know. lesson learned.

Excellent place! Both Ashely and Sarah have been so very professional, kind and go way out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My skin glows after an IPL facial and I have had one of Ashley’s aromatherapy massages. Different from what I am used to be amazing!!! Strongly recommend!

Ashley is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about my insecurities. I originally went to Ashley strictly to help with stubborn areas by using laser light therapy(laser lipo, body contouring). However, there was so much more that I learned that wasn’t just about fat loss. So many benefits that include detoxification, lymphatic systems, joint pain etc. All things that is just as important as we get older. I did lose 10lbs in 4 weeks, but keep in mind you have to do the work. Drink water, exercise, clean eating along with Ashley’s expertise...you’ll be on the right track and happy with the success and body composition!!!

I purchased sessions though a GroupOn offer. And what a pleasant surprise my journey has been!!In just 3 sessions Ashley has guided me through a commitment to weight loss and toning. I am down pounds and inches in just 3 sessions. I can’t wait to keep the progress going combined with Ashley’s diet guidance and slim sister laser sessions :)

I am so thankful and happy with the treatments I have received from Slim Sister! Ashley is so understanding with what I want to achieve and the atmosphere is always so relaxing! My chin and jawline is becoming very contoured, using radio frequency and ultrasound therapy. It’s an amazing non surgical face lift! It's been over a month since I have been seeing Ashley and all I have to say is how grateful she is to be able to help me on this lifestyle change and journey to weight loss. I did initially started with the groupon with 3 sessions but then left with a package deal. I didn't know my body was going through a systemic inflammation, I was interested in finding ways how to heal my body. In just one month I lost 13 pounds with coaching to eat better, sleep better, stress less & more. I know lipolaser wasn't going to make me lose weight itself, with lifestyle change I can finally see a difference. I am 30 years old and I feel I'm at by best shape than my 20's. I had the opportunity to experience some of Slim Sister's therapies to today and I am in full gratitude as a result! Sarah knew which therapies to suggest and she was spot on. For years I have wanted a hot tub so that I could relax, but now I know I do not need one; I can go to Slim Sister. Within several minutes of beginning my treatment, I was yawning and yawning and yawning. I could feel my body relaxing in a way it hasn't done for years.
