Staff are extremely lazy, not looking to help and answer questions. They have attitude and are extremely unhelpful and inexperienced.I spend thousands at Dulux every year and will never return to this location.

Service was poor. Door needs to be fixed. You have to pull really hard to open, or you would think the store is closed. Sale items are heard to find and regular prices on some items are mispriced. Management needs to step up their game, place looks lazy. Wouldn't shop here again unless I am desperate.

Best location. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Ronaldo went above and beyond to help me get the correct paints and have me lots of details so I can make a list for myself to have for future use.

My experience at Dulux has always been a good one! The paints they carry hold up really well and better quality then the ones at Canadian Tire. Their website is also much easier to navigate on a phone then CT's. I'll definitely choose them again!
