the store itself is lovely and clean and workers are friendly. But the obvious PUSH OUT of retail workers and cashiers at this store is evil. Multiple people in line and we had a huge number of large items and were directed to the self checkouts. It took longer to try to do it ourselves than if we had a cashier ! I will not shop here again if they stop using cashiers altogether. They're faster, good at their jobs and I didn't sign up to work for the Dollarama !

Staff of dollarama is very rude and rascist. Instead of guiding customer, she forcefully made us to buy that nailpaint. which we not used. she is rascist not know how to cooperate with customer. There is no board that you can’t check.

For a dollarama, it's as clean as it can be. A lot of employees are always working to sort and fill shelves. They can only do so much as a lot of their clientele pick stuff up to mess with and then set it down in a different aisle or drop an item on the floor and leave it there.Please pick up stuff you drop. You act like the people who work here have nothing better to do.Anyway, everyone who has helped me with cashing out is always nice

Was not overly happy with one of the cashiers a young girl who has been there for sometime. Anyways my husband asked her 3 times if she was open and she didn't even Acknowledge he was there. So rude. But a nice young man who was new was very Polite and friendly. He took his time wrapping glass ideam and placing them in the bag and even help to hand them to me he was amazing . Maybe she should be more like him and answer the Customers who were at self serve instead of drinking her water. And NO she wasn't on break. Just RUDE!!

Dollarama is a great store to shop and close to home and the staff are very friendly also. I enjoy going there and also doing my shopping in the same Mall and it saves me money on gas also.
