Head 2 Toe Hair & Nail

I had a good experience at Head 2 Toe. I treated myself to a shellac manicure. They have a huge selection of colours. Everything from sparkling pinks to deep reds. What I really like is the fact that I didn’t have wait. They got me in right away. I really don’t like going to get my nails done and having to wait forever.Like who has time for that. Overall, I had a good experience and will be back.

Went for a pedi, and the lady was amazing and sooooo sweet. All the staff were nice. It was great to see that they remember their clients' names as well.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. I was in the neighbourhood looking for a pedicure and was able to get in very quickly to this place. When I pulled up, the outside of the building looked old and a bit rundown. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see a nice, big, bright and clean interior. The customer service was excellent and my pedicure looks amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anybody.

We've been going to this place for a while now the ladies know us well. Me and my two daughters. My schedule us very hectic so I tend to show up when I have spare time, and they have always accommodated us. They are extremely talented. I work with telecome and I was going on a business trip. So I decided to put towers on my nails. They turned out amazing. I hope you can zoom in she made them in such detail. I can't wait to show them off. These ladies can do anything. They are always very happy and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love it there.

This is the absolute best place to get anything done I always love my nails and hair cuts evey you there is so so so freaking nice they have amazing hours and just over all a very good place to go when we say late they aren't mean and are just so sweet

My other half and I went here. She got her feet done and was very impressed with the service. The ladies were wonderful and judgement free. She made sure my pregnant girlfriend was comfortable and that she was not hurting her. Thank you and we will most likely be back.

Absolutely great place for your nails and hair. I got my hair done here and it was a complete transformation. I was so surprised with my new look. I usually bring my gf here for nails stuffs too. They have great nails technicians who can do all kind of stuffs. I don't know much about nails. All I know was I saw pretty awesome nails on my gf's little fingers when she came out.

I really did not want to write this review However as someone in the beauty service industry I am so dissapointed with the actual service i received. Customer service was good they were very accommodating I initially went in for a fill , because the first set I had was great(both done by the same worker) . After having a fill the first time I went back to get the polish fixed as it must have been expired or not applied correctly. I then had to return a second time to get all the nails removed and a new set put on, because when getting the fill done there was no attention paid to my natural nail because they were lifting from the minute I walked out the first time. Fast forward to getting the nails removed and redone my nail was burnt with the e-file, I was cut in several places also by the efile &my fingers were so tender for days after the application. I understand it was a redo service but they were rushing , and although the artificial nails were OK, my fingers were in a lot of pain. I now 3 and a half weeks later had them removed professionally & my nails have NEVER been worse , I am in so much pain my nails are so weak and brittle , I have several nails that were filed almost completely through. I work with my hands and I am so so devastated to be feeling this way. I have been to this shop in the past under previous name , and I never had a problem. This was my first time returning since & I can say I will never be back after my experience with my nails. I hope they recover & the pain subsides quickly. I will not be returning nor do I ever think I will get artificial nails ever again after this experience.
