This is the worst-run Jugo Juice in town. Untrained staff are left to work alone, unable to sell products clearly displayed on the menu because they don’t know how to enter them into the cash register. Don’t waste your time here.

This looked enticing on a hot summer's day when walking past. Ordered 3 drinks and they were made quickly. The flavours are really good and tasted fresh. Very small shop and need to squeeze past people when ordering inside and then waiting for the drink

Excellent customer service. I bought the Jugo Classico - all fruit, not too sweet - a good refresher for my wife at St. Paul's, but dropped it en route. I returned, they gave me a new one, and everyone was happy. The food isn't the greatest value, but the location has an outdoor, south facing patio which is good for sun in the afternoons

Extremely rude staff. The girl working had headphones in and didn’t acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes (even though she had seen me walk in). When she finally came up to take my order she said nothing to me and just looked at me until I said what I want. For $10 a juice you’d expect much better service.

Dragon Force smoothie is incredible! Slightly tangy from the cranberry juice but super refreshing.Service and ambiance of the small shop is great as well!Large serving sizes to top everything off

Not a good branch. Got my usual and it wasn't blended well, lots of chunks. Also, the staff were not friendly at all. I prefer the Jugo Juice at Pacific Centre mall.

I'm a big fan of the Davie St. location, so when I walked past the Jugo Juice on Robson St., I thought it would really hit the spot on a hot day.I got the Frosted Lemonade (which I've had before), and all I can really say is EW. I got gross chunks of DRIED fruit (pineapple, I think..?) with every sip (see photos).Ick. I won't be back (to this location, at least).

The worst customer experience i have ever had the. The girl working there shouted at her co worker in front on a bunch of costumers plus she was super rude to me and a coustmer before me. Its not fair to be treated this way for anyone I mean if you are so unhappy then quit and don’t ruin other people’s day. Being a coustmer who is spending money all we expect is for a experience that is happy and wants a coustmer to come back to the same location.
