Best garage in the city. I only buy BMW because of the service and trust I have in Jad and his team.

These people really do take advantage of you. The price they tell you are never the same. Came here twice, gave them a chance but the same conclusion happened...They charged me 500$ for a small job which they said took 7 hours and that they said will only charge 5hours...in the end they were never able to fix the problem. I asked other mechanics around and I find they charge alot lower. Unbelievable! They charged me 850 for break job. the price of the dealership difference is 150...they messed up my rear break sensors two weeks later I had a break light on my dashvoard...The price difference is not at all big compared to BMW dealership...and they have kids working there.I suggest you don't go there unless you like wasting your money and messing up your beamer... When you go to the dealership At Least you will have a peace of mind knowing that all parts are original and the job well done, if not then atleast there is the dealership guarantee .. these guys will scam you if you don't know anything about cars so be careful. Oh and dont forget the price they tell you always is not true. They will make up additional nonsense to over charge. Keep that in mind. They don't deserve 4stars. The parts they used aren't close to good quality do not be fooled. Go to specialist euro tech instead on Kirkland. This guy has over 20yrs experience and lower price and quality work. They are more honest than these hustlers!

A while ago I came for brake fluid flash for my e90, he made it for good price. But, when i ask to make sure, what kind of brake fluid you going to pour?? He told me DOT3,,, a'm like what???? I told him the fluid must be DOT 4! and he started to open the hood and check what is written on the cap, and said yes it's DOT4. MY OPINION IT'S A BMW GARAGE how come I'm client and I know better than him? . I don't know maybe some garage do that in porpoise. And of course I decide to not come for coolant flash I don't want they put wrong coolant. And also when he started doing brake fluid flash he didn't evacuate old fluid and just connected brake fluid pump.

Best BMW Workshop on the island. Fast and honest workers. Never had a problem with them, my friends and family been going there for years. Jad is very friendly and knows everything related to BMWs. All the staff will greet you warmly and make you feel at home. 10/10 would recommend even if you don't have BMWs they do work on other cars.

I purchased a BMW Z3 and wanted to have it totally tuned and repaired. My buddy who is a BMW fanatic recommended BM Workshop. Well, let me tell you that these guys know they're stuff.. very open, up to date, knowlegeable on the topic. Very very very satisfied with this team. For those of you whom complain about this place, well i think no place will ever be good enough for you. Stop complaining. They're excellent for what they do and know.

Got an appointment within 48 hours of my call. Got there 10 minutes before appointment time and I was on my way home 30 minutes later. They checked a bunch of things, told everything was fine. Very happy with my visit and price. Thanks to all at BM Workshop.

Visited this garage for the first time , I had an appointment which they respected . I found them to be polite , professional and a fair price. All elements which are rare when referring to garages.

Called out of the blue for an oil change and was happy that they were able to see me the same day. I knew of another issue with my suspension and they were able to get the parts and install right away! Really appreciated how they let me see what they were doing and explained how the parts worked and what they do. Overall A+ experience, very pleased!
