I decided to use spectrum mobile. I called them to set up an account, and they sent me the wrong phone and eventually sent me the right phone. Granted I should have read the small print that was buried deep in the policy page, but I have a very busy life and decided to keep my momentum in my life going. I returned the unused phone after the 14 day window that was never verbalized to me and now I have to pay for a brand new unused phone that I will never use. I want to save everyone the headache and disappointment. DO NOT USE THEM FOR PHONE SERVICES. The service is terrible outside any major highway or city.

Would do 0 stars if possible. Plans are ok, phone selection is not the best. Staff is horrendous. The day we signed up it was late in the day and almost closing time, so they said come back in and get the warranty at a later date. Went in a few days later and one of our phones wasn't in 100% perfect shape so they refused warranty. Well if they didn't rush us out when we got our phones, then we would have already had the warranty. The one manager (Cynthia), I dont think has ever worked in customer service. There was no respect given to us, just plenty of eye rolls. When were discussing the issue at hand, she would talk over us, get her words out and then storm back into her office and leave her awful employees out to dry. Terrible place. Go elsewhere.

Spectrum itself isnt bad but the only person in the telus corporation who deals with them is 100% lazy. Weve been waiting for our phones over a week. No one knows this person's boss or phone number. It's as if shes a non existant figure they blame stuff on. Anyways I had all these black Friday options for me and my wifes cell phone plans and I decided to go through spectrum. I've been ignored so long that all the other black Friday deals are expired. I dont even know who is accountable because speaking to spectrum employees is an endless finger pointing game. Then we finally get the name of Maria and they say they aren't allowed to give her number or her bosses number. I wish I had zero responsibility and accountability in my career...One shout out goes to Kevin. He is certainly underappreciated! Dispite hige line ups and angry customers like me he remains calm and polite.

Usually it would be a 5 star based on my usual experiences here. Based on my experience today, and only today, I felt about as welcome as a fart in a space suit. Not a clue what was going, whatsoever and no access to anything. Not sure I get that. It was almost like the store got taken over by hostiles and the regular employees were tied up in the back. Then a customer comes in and they don't know what to do until the customer gets frustrated and says I'll come back tomorrow. Yes that happened. Better luck tomorrow, I hope.P.S The guy at the counter was nice.

Always extremely helpful if you have ANY issues whatsoever with their product or service. Though I live in Chatham, I deal with these guys. Would definitely recommend them.

You can go to any store in the mall BUT you will not get the friendly service, expertise or selection that you get from Spectrum. I've been a customer since about 2005 and won't go anywhere else.They always listen to me and figure out the best and cheapest way to give me what I need.
