Soo Line Limo and Airport Shuttle

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called for a 2:45pm pick up time, called again at 2:55 to get an ETA and was told 15 mins. I now have my boss on the way to give me a ride to work at 3:30. I will end up being an hour late to work. I will never bother with wasting my time on this service again!

This is not a slick corporate-run operation but some hardworking folks in a market barely big enough to support it. They don’t send automated email responses or have online reservations or shiny 2021 vehicles. They were on time for us both to/from, and cost was quite reasonable even with driver’s tip added. Our drivers were Roger and Chris. I booked reservations for the round-trip by phone with Chris 2-3 weeks in advance. I also called the day before our scheduled trip to confirm, (since no auto-email popped up) greeted with a cheerful positive confirmation.I definitely recommend Soo Line folks to get you there!

Absolutely horrible on arriving on time and the male guy that always picks up the phone is always angry and absolutely disrespectful to say the least. Even if you call a hour ahead this guy is still 20 to 30 minutes late. And the stench of cigarettes in the car is horrible.

We used them for a family vacation. They were very accommodating, on time, and great with handling all our baggage and people. They also were great with helping to determine a time table for our return. Highly recommend and would certainly use them again. Thank you for making our trip less stressful.

I booked a week in advance and confirmed the day before for 1030am pick up from Canada to Michigan. The driver didn’t show up until 1115am and she was confused and waiting for more people that they didn’t tell us about. They packed us like sardines and I almost missed my flight. Totally unprofessional.

Roger was great! On time and even set a pickup for the next day for us. It was really nice not having to worry about trying to find a ride to get to the airport in time. I absolutely would use them again!

Had a great experience with this company. Called from N.Y. to get our son a ride to and from the bus station from college and they were very friendly and on time both ways. Will definitely use them again.

Ontime. Friendly. Branded shirts were helpful. If your fortunate to have the owner drive you, he is full of interesting history facts of the area. Vehicles are not luxury but clean and comfortable. I would have liked a confirmation email when I initially booked. I would use this service again.

This is by far the worst taxi service I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with.I was in Sault St. Marie for the first time because of work.The only reason I ended up calling them was because the other company “Quick Cab” was in the middle of staff shift change when I called, and I could not wait because I needed a ride to go to the airport.First of all, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. It seems that unfortunately the same man turned out to be the driver.He did arrive on time, which was the only good thing about the company.On top of being rude, he was driving 5 miles over the speed limit in the middle of heavy rain.That person has no manners whatsoever, and the lack of customer service is very palpable.The vehicle had a strange odor, which I could not identify.Lastly, the rate was outrageous. The distance is less than 20 miles, and I would have paid $24-$25 on Lyft. The rate that Soo Line Limo charged was $50.00 for such a short ride; and, they charged a $2.00 fee that I was not informed about and I believe was because I paid with the company’s corporate card. I only found out about such “fee” when I received the receipt.It is a shame that the only rideshare available in that town is Lyft, but they don’t seem to have enough drivers due to the fact that none was available when I tried to request their service.

I arrived from Florida to Chippewa airport and driver was super friendly. My PCR test results from medical lab Quest did not arrive in the 72 hour time allowed so he drove me to testing site in Sault Michigan where he waited for me and then I was able to cross border with their driver service. I was dropped at Sault Canada casino where my daughter was waiting to pick me up. Gave drivers tip both ways as both were exceptionally friendly and drove accordingly.Would definitely use service again. Ambassadors for tourism in their community. Dee enjoyed the ride! Thank you
