The service is exemplary - so friendly and knowledgeable.They got me hooked through the monthly cheese boxes. I discovered new cheeses and came to understand what I preferred.Their selection improved tremendously compared to when they first opened.Highly recommended.They have buffalo, goat, sheep, and cow based cheeses. They also have a good vegan cheese selection. Their cheese curds are Québécoise approved (fresh on Fridays)!

Terrific customer service - went above and beyond to facilitate a purchase from out of town (they carry a wonderful seasonal cheese which I got as a gift last year). Will stop in next time in Hamilton to get the in person experience. Thank you so much for being so great.

Just fantastic! I love the variety of cheeses and while I have yet to visit in a non-COVID world, the owner does an incredible job and makes it so easy to order for curbside pickup or delivery. I love that I can select my cheeses myself, tell them to surprise me, or some combination. Everything I’ve tried has been exceptional. The non-cheese things are great too - I’m obsessed with the water crackers! They’re around $7 a pack but since they are so thin you end up getting a lot in a box and they really allow the cheese to shine. Summer sausage is also extremely tasty!

This is one of my regular spots on Ottawa Street. There Is always a great selection of local cheese and the owner is amazing! They are always friendly and provide great customer service. I can always trust them to help me pick out the perfect cheese!

The absolute best cheese shop! Yvette is equal parts knowledgeable and inviting. I highly recommend their monthly cheese boxes. My husband and I love to make a 'date night in' out of it sampling the different cheeses over a bottle of wine. They also offer vegan cheese. Great for any occasion.

Love this little cheese shop! So many wonderful cheeses from Ontario farms and you can definitely taste the difference. They have vegan cashew based cheeses also. Definitely a must visit if you love cheese, and who doesn't?!

We stopped by the shop today around noon. The service was excellent and there were lots of different local cheeses, pepperettes etc. We bought smoked cheddar, 6 year old cheddar, pepperettes and cheese curds. The cheese curds were so good(and squeaky). What a great local business to support. We’ll be back soon

I was walking to an appointment and saw this place. Promised to stop by on the way back. Was greeted by a very pleasant lady and “Mark from Merk” (I hope I spelt it right). Picked up caramelised onion cheddar. Amazing taste. Very smooth and a subtle onion flavour. Would definitely recommend this place!!
