It was a pleasure dealing with these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to take the time to help their customers out. After dealing with the Home Depots and Ronas I think I forgot what it was like to get good customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Called in looking for product, service was pretty brutal, they've got some rough around the edges guys working that order desk.

I have been dealing with D&E Lumber for many years and have always been treated with the utmost respect and very fairly. They get right on your order and if they don't have it in stock it will most likely be there by the next day. Truely a great experience dealing with Cameron, Mark and the guys behind the order desk.Also a very valuable team member is Ron in the millwork area if you ask for something special or need material cut special he has no problem helping you out.If you have never tried D&E do yourself a favour and meet the people that can make it happen.Thank you for all you have done in the past and will in the future.

Hardest wood in town... but actually incredible customer service and these guys are amazing
