HAUS Handyman

We've used HAUS Handyman twice for repairs related to our condo. Extremely responsive and could get the job done very quickly (even during the Xmas holiday break). Ben and his team are great. Our go-to people for condo repairs. Highly recommend.

They have their business address listed as our home address. We get their mail, packages and spam. We have tried contacting them about changing it but they won't answer us.

HAUS Handyman responded promptly to our request for repairs to an upper level deck on our house. Carlos arrived precisely on time to survey the job and then left to buy the required lumber; an hour later he was back with the wood, already measured and cut to size. After the repair, not only did he remove the rotted planks but he also cleaned up the job site and took the debris away. Through all this he was very friendly and communicative, but with no wasted time.All-in-all, this was a most satisfying experience. Don and Ann.

On time services, very quickly done, respectful gentleman and good quality work at reasonable prices. I had my bathroom re-caulked and and a few wholes in the grout repaired. I had to buy the grout myself, which i guess makes sense so i could get the right color, but now i have a tub of grout i don't know what to do with.

This was our first time using HAUS at our office. The first guy that came out did a terrible job hanging a whiteboard on a wall in an office. But Hassan was wonderful and sent a new guy out the next day to fix what was done. It looks great now and we were very happy with the service overall. Their customer service was fantastic and prices are comparable to most other handymen in Vancouver. I would highly recommend using HAUS.

My wife and I had unprofessional communication experience with them, trying to check their availability and getting a quote. After several follow ups at different times, we never heard back, despite the promise that they will get back to us.First we filled out the online form, we didn't hear back for 3 days, so we called them, they said they never received the online form, so we sent an email explaining the work details. They replied that they will get back in a day, we sent a follow up email 2 days after, then tried calling them twice (no one picked up the phone) and now it's been 5 weeks with no contact.I understand that we might have reached out during a busy time, but I think that their follow up system is not working well, they shouldn't have had us waiting for a response if they didn't have time, we lost at least a week of time for our repairs waiting to hear back from them. We do expect more from somewhere with high rating.

The service was exceptional- it was a bit of a risky adventure to install the light - but I was informed of all the risks along the way and in each case the outcome was great. Thanks for the patience and understanding of the HAUS technician. The cost was reasonable- work excellent- and completed within a reasonable amount of time.

I had a great experience with HAUS handyman and would highly recommend their services. I had a cabinet that had to be fixed and I wasn't entirely satisfied with the results. I spoke to the company and they readily sent someone else to make it exactly how I wished for it to be like at no additional charge (except for parts that had to be bought which is normal). Their ability to adapt to their client's need was incredible and I would hire them again in the future.

Moe did all of the projects on my “Honey Do” list that had been waiting to get done for 18 months…he did them all in 4 hours. I am thrilled with everything. He organized my main closet and mounted a shelf, a dyson vacuum, a steamer and also finished assembling a slew of shelving in our tool shed. The storage areas are now so well organized and spacious, I could gang out in them and read a book. It’s truly a beautiful job. Moe also moved few very heavy planters downstairs to my car. Friendly, professional and very good at what he goes. Two thumbs up.

We needed a few repairs completed around our house that I didn’t have time/expertise for - Benji from Haus Handyman was very polite, professional and fast! The admin team were also very responsive and helpful - would definitely use them again.
