TopStone Interlock & Pools

We hired Topstone last Summer to repair a step that one of our drivers had damaged at one of our client's homes during snow removal operations the previous Winter. The repair was a complicated one. It entailed replacing obsolete interlocking stones and ultimately releveling (rebuilding) the client's step. James rebuilt the client's step to Kodiak's entire satisfaction. He demonstrated great detail in his work and great patience with a client who was exceedingly demanding regarding the placement of the stones during the rebuilding process. Furthermore, he worked quickly, completing the repair in a day during 30C temperatures. We couldn't have done this repair successfully without a company like Topstone that would demonstrate great care in its work. Great job, James. James widened our laneway 5yrs ago and did an outstanding job. 5 yrs later and thanks to mother nature some stones sank, James without hesitation and with no obligation came is and reset stones, no charge, very few back up their work or even care about customer relations and service, Thanks James.

He was honest and practical and provided me with a beautiful back patio and side walkway, which hasn't moved an inch in 3 years. UPDATE: After having topstone completedmy front walkway, I had them complete a backyard patio for me. The job was meticulous, on budget and on time. James even added an extra to my contract at no cost because he wanted it done right. Once again happy with my decision and this company.
