Contacted Solace Pest Control for a General Pest inspection based on potential rodent issues... The Solace team arrived and did a thorough inspection on the property inside and out. it was determined in fact there was an issue, the appropriate steps were taken and with in a short period of time the issues were resolved. Solace also did a follow up and returned for another inspection and clean up... I highly recommend The Solace team !! courteous and Professional

I hired Solace to address a mouse problem I was having in my house in Kingston's east end. Travis and Belle came in and went right to work sealing the exterior and trapping several areas of the house. The cost fell well within the estimate provided beforehand and their customer service was fantastic. They made a second visit a week later to assess the situation and set up more traps, and continued to follow up via email for several weeks.I was very happy with their services and our rodent situation was taken care of within a week. While I can't speak to their other services, I highly recommend Solace for rodent extermination.

Travis and Belle are absolutely great! They are thoroughly professional, efficient, quick, genuinely concerned to help and offer a really great service. We had a lot of trouble with red squirrels and they spent time and trouble coming up with solutions and they also regularly service our home with mice and ant treatments. All done with such good humour and really pleasant to deal with. Do not hesitate to contact them with your pest control problems!

If you are unfortunate enough to need them, Travis & Belle at Solace Pest Solutions are fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous & reassuring with fantastic customer service. They take time to explain & answer all questions. We had Travis come to the house to spray for mosquitoes and it has been amazing. My husband and I can not believe how well it works. Travis followed up to ensure all was going well and scheduled his 2nd spray as promised. There are 3 sprays in the price. We highly recommend so you can enjoy evenings this Summer and your dogs if you have any are not covered with them. Also we live on the water as well and still works beautifully.

Excellent company to work with. They are very efficient and fast to get to my home and price was great and they took care of the ant and hornet problem that I was having, and the best part was that after they did a treatment for the hornets and stopped them from building their nest in the soffit, the very next day there were more hornets that started to build an other nest at the other end of the soffit and this great company and technician Belle came back the next day and also treated the new nest the hornets were trying to build and did not charge me again. I would highly recommend this company for all pest problems.Gord
