It is thoughtful of the Ancaster Library to offer to reduce and laminate confirmation of all 3 shots we have had, and to make it fit easily in a wallet or purse. This initiative is very much appreciated!

Okay so this is a nice library but it's too loud. Sometimes the workers are louder than the customers. I would just appreciate it if quieter voices were used :)

A very loud library... Unfortunately, I believe library etiquette has gone the way of the dodo. Employee's (one in particular) are often louder than the visitors.
