We have numerous emails back and forth about details for my son's birthday party and all emails were great. It was all good until I reached out 5 days before the party. No reply, sent another one 3 days before the party, and no reply at all. Nevertheless to say never heard back from Elizabeth. The thing that gets me upset is that it's was for my son. The kids have gone thru alot during this pandemic and I was finally able to plan a party for him. To this day not an email back saying anything. Very unprofessional and will not be recommending her to anyone. It's sad cause I try to support alot of local business during the pandemic.

I reached out to a number of different companies for some recommendations for my son's third birthday party. Elizabeth was very prompt in her response and made the best recommendation. She was super helpful throughout the process and extremely flexible. It made me feel very valued as a customer. It wasn't about her getting a rental as she truly wanted to ensure that the event was successful and that the rental was enjoyed. I can't stress enough how fantastic my experience was. Great job Elizabeth. 100% recommended!

Ideal for many occasions bringing laughs and great excitement. Both family and other occasions would enjoy tremendously. Equipment is careful maintained and cleaned in these challenging times . Highly recommend their friendly service .

Cancelled last minute. They took a walk by my place to see if it would fit and then text me Four hours prior to dropping off to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to do to rent to me based off space and time. Even after I mentioned I had the space measured out. To be honest they probably just cancel based on the fact that they had other things they wanted to do today and they didn’t want to factor in setting up and coming back to pick up the castle. Pppfff. W.e
