Will was everything you would want in a real estate agent. We had to sell and get a closing date within 45 days so it was a stressful situation. Terrible Experience with a real estate agent Krystal.The realtor was extremely unprepared and was extremely chaotic to deal with during the stressful situation of trying to purchase a home.Krystal falsified realtor remarks stating tenants were willing to accept rent increase" or being willing "to vacate if rent increase too much" which those conversations never took place and both actions are illegal in the province of Ontario regardless if you are on a lease or month to month agreement. It was only after finding out from my realtor and the house was put on the market that these remarks were input. This was extremely bad practice as existing tenants in the unit as well as providing inaccurate and illegal information to potential buyers for personal gain.Krystal and the seller also made up projections on our airbnb listing which was false and made up projections based on eviction of the existing tenants.In the middle of negotiations

Very professional and responsive, she got answers to all our questions, and asked questions we didn't think of to ask as first time buyers.The buying process for us was a bit long -- in that we kept putting off looking at places until we were sure we were ready. Irina was very patient and respectful of that, and she was there for us when we were ready to get serious! She was there for us through the entire process, followed through with us after we had moved in, and continues to stay in touch.
