I dealt with Alicia, she was wonderful. I had no clue what was required for the finger printing process. Alicia was friendly and diligent in the process. I also learnt that they can complete my required criminal back ground checks and a faster turn around then my current provider. I worked for these guys for 1 year and was treated real bad. The new hires were getting paid more than me. I got written up just because i accidentally spilled hot chocolate on my self. There are security companies that start higher wages. Dont apply here

Commisionaires at the airport returned my wife's IPad which was forgotten on a plane arriving at YLW. Despite profound ineptitude on the part of the airline's lost and found and customer service departments, I decided it was worth calling the Commisionaires.Yes, they had it, yes I could come and get it. I provided the pass code and my ID, and away I went. I'm my wife's hero, they are my heroes and we lived happily ever after. Thanks for being real people in an Email world.

I had a lovely experience at the commission office. Both ladies are very professional and kind. The one lady I had help me the most was extremely respectful. The online booking made everything really easy to. Very clean office and nice accessible parking.

Exremenly poor customer service on behalf of the officers and the office staff. Officer was extremly rude and condisending while trying to enforce something out of his authority. When calling in to discuss this with the managment I was told I would hear back from them promptly about the restriction in the area of town we were inquiring about. It has now been 5 week and 5 folow up calls made on my behalf and I have yet to get a response. They do not know the areas they are enformcing or the restriction, both the enforcing officers and the managment staff. Very Very poor.

What a joke these are. !I worked for them and all they want is a guard that just say YES !They underpay you and Tom Huston you are a joke.Best you start pay handling.Best to stay away from these guys unless handling pays more. WHICH IT WILL.

Arranged for commissionnaires to inspect my home while away for 2 months. Commissionnaires did not make one visit during the 2 months. Gave them second chance and again no visits. Went to pick up key only to find it was in the patrol car not the office safe. No stars!!
